Delivery was great! Delivery team came during their delivery window, called ten minutes before arrival, then dropped off our furniture with white glove service in 5 minutes! They were kind, courteous and very professional. Furniture is beautiful!

The furniture is beautiful. The delivery was easy as placed in my bedroom as requested. The delivery men were very polite and professional. A small damage on the leg of one piece was quickly and efficiently satisfied. Overall this was a very satisfying experience. Would highly recommend this company. Did I mention the bedroom furniture is most beautiful. Price was very reasonable.

I was skeptical at first because I have always used Ashley Furniture directly. I went in store and wanted the Raelyn Nedroom Suite. It was going to be $7000. Well, the only thing that I could give a review on is customer service which was really good, the representative gave me all the information how ever, I won't be able to comment on the actual delivery time and the look of the furniture until it actually arrives

This company is a scam. Wish I could give 0 stars. It's been over a month and still don't have my furniture. Tried to cancel a couple times and they tell me they can't. The dates continually get pushed back for delivery. Customer service said they will send me their direct extension and doesn't, said would call back in 24 hours with an update and doesn't, said would give a credit and didn't. All lies. Will need law enforcement and probably get a lawyer next.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

Answer: Hi Nancy, Sorry it took so long to respond. We estimate 4-6 weeks for delivery, to be safe, but it usually takes 2-4 weeks. This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
