The process to order was easy! I found the exact furniture I wanted online and it was much cheaper than anywhere else. I do a lot of shopping online. Thus looking for a specific chair and ottoman, I came across 1stopBedrooms and compared them with other retailers. Their price was quite a bit less, plus there was no delivery charges! Never shopped with them before, however the sale and delivery of my item went without a hitch.
I will be using them again in the future-it was a win-win experience.
UPDATE: We just went to put the legs on the chair and saw that the razor cutter used by the delivery person sliced the fabric on the chair and the fabric underneath the chair! I called 1stopbedtooms, they were closed, I will see how they handle this tomorrow when they reopen.

I was skeptical to order anything at first because I had never heard of 1 stop bedrooms before but I took a chance and was very happy with my purchase! I ordered 5 rattan dining stools and they are literally the same as the pictures! The stools are really great quality and the price was very competitive! They arrived in a heavy duty box and very well protected! I am SO HAPPY with my purchase and would highly recommend!
