Shopping with 1StopBedrooms was pretty seamless end to end. I found a sectional for a pretty exceptional price, was able to pay for it monthly, via Affirm, and there was even a 5 year warranty plan that covers all stains, rips, tears, etc. without a deductible or service fee each claim. The customer service was also great. Highly recommend.

I found the prices to be very fair, and when I had some trouble with the website and called in to customer service they were very friendly and helpful. I found this process to be easier than dealing with my local furniture store, despite buying pretty much the same furniture. Experience was easier, prices were better. Highly recommend.

And I haven't put it together yet But Delivery drivers were nice and on time like they said and came days earlier than expected which was perfect for me bc I was moving right then and there. Everything took 5 days to process and get to me. A win is a win!
