The experience was fine

The experience was fine. I was a little disappointed to hear that the slats for the platform bed were sold separately, though. That makes no sense and I wouldn't have known if the service rep didn't mention it. Also, the only reason I needed to talk to someone was because I had a different mailing and billing address, so that would have been really disappointing to find out after my bed arrived.

I saw a couch that looked amazing, but was unable to purchase it in full. After looking online, I found the exact couch with 1stopbedrooms. Not only was it the exact same, it was more affordable and I was able to set up a payment plan for it! Delivery was quick and they placed it right in my living room.
