Online purchase was easy. Price saved me $600 compared to Ashley Home store. Follow-up call from 1stopbedrooms was friendly and helpful. It can take a while to receive your item. Ours took about 5 weeks. The delivery service is less than ideal. Manko delivery truck broke down on the day of our delivery which is understandable. However, I got no phone call or text to inform me so I stayed home all day for nothing. Calls to Manko were diverted to voicemail and even with messages left I got no reply. The next day I called to inquire what happened and got basically a run-around non answer. Operator said she texted me but did NOT. So, 5 stars for 1stopbedrooms, 1 star for Manko.

We were looking for a very specific type of living room set. We found it locally, but they only had their display model. We decided to look online and found it way cheaper with 1 stop bedrooms. I was a little nervous ordering from someone I had never heard of before. We decided to go for it. We ordered couch, loveseat and a chair and a half. We purchased all 3 for the same price as 2 pieces locally. With FREE shipping! We were told it would take 6- 8 weeks to receive our furniture, it took exactly 1 month. Everyone I have talked to at 1 Stop Bedrooms has been extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them! I know we will look at them first next time we ate looking for furniture!
