Every time you order something there are long delays and eventually the order is cancelled due to various issues, suppliers, product, etc. You are given a store credit but every time you try to order something else the same thing happens. Ultimately you cannot order anything and your money is locked on their website. Customer service always say that they are looking into it and they will 'process' your request but you stop hearing from them after a while.
I found the communication I received throughout my purchase to very good and helpful in making use I was up to date with what was happening. Thanks for everything.

I ordered and paid for a black Tromba plastic flugelhorn and inputted my mailing address. The company site accepted the order. Later, the company said they only have the gold colour version, and I am ok with it. Then, by the time of the delivery, they said the company computer could not generate a mail note to deliver the item, and they initially would want to order the credit refund (money sits in the company). However, I request a refund back to my bank account. They said it would take 30 working days. I waited for it and still got nothing back. I emailed them several times requesting my refund. They just said they would check it but did nothing after 45 working days. The service is not professional at all. The customer service is inferior. If you can, avoid this company completely. If I have another chance, I would rather order this on the Amazon USA website and arrange additional shipping.

Answer: I realised too late... 1 outlets is a world wide scam company... Just lost over $300 dollars... Please people. We need to expose this company. Facebook Twitter Instagram. Etc. We need to bring them to its knee. All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too. So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater. When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
Answer: This company is cheating so they never let u contact anyone important. I called their customer service twice, useless
