Shipping costs were very competitive. Crew picking up the motorcycle seemed to know what they were doing with respect to securing the motorcycle. AA should advise customer when sub-contracting the work, and updating the customer as to schedule changes. Important - try to be more accurate in delivery schedule. CSR was very helpful to ensure pick-up was made on time, and helped to schedule meeting at destination. It was nice to have the on-line trace ability to track shipment. CSR - Nichole, Tacoma, Wa was awesome to assist in final delivery schedule and timing of meet.
Over all good service and would use them again...
The Motorcycle cover was a nice touch to get with the bike when it shipped, i am just sad i forgot it at your drop off location.

Shipping my motorcycle from California to Michigan was an extremely easy process. Pick up and delivery was painless.
On a previous shipment the motorcycle was covered. The last two I shipped weren't covered and they were quite dusty when they arrived. No damage. I will use them again.
I am very pleased with their service. They were very responsive tho my request. My bike was picked up two days after my request and was delivered when they said it would be here. Very professionally.
The bike made it to me fine. I was unhappy with the fact they said I would receive the bike by a certain date and it took them 6 more days without communication. The bike also showed ip in a truck crammed with various other items which gave me an uneasy feeling.
Easy process over the phone and email. MC picked up in New Jersey on desired date and delivered to Texas 7 days later. MC in excellent shape. Delivery staff very helpful and friendly but professional. Will recommend this company and will definitely use again if need arises. Great job folks. Thanks very much.
