Picking out my brand and adding my prescription was easy contacts arrived with in delivery window
So far, I am happy with my experience, but it was odd how my contacts were boxed. One eye came in 3 individually boxes (1 month's worth in a box) and the other eye had all 90 days in one box. Really inconvenient. Other than that, I haven't had any issues with the contacts themselves.
It took several weeks to receive my order. Yes, I have an unusual prescription but the website said it was in stock so I ordered my contacts thinking it would be a week at most before I received my contacts. Three weeks later I'm being asked to give a satisfaction survey. I received the contacts three weeks after ordering. If I had know it was going to take so long to receive them I would have gone elsewhere.
