I had an easy time navigating your website. Found quickly what I wanted. I think it only two weeks to arrive. Off topic, but I didn't know that the green eye color from Air Optics is only a tint barely noticeable on my dark eyes. If I knew it would not show up, I'll just get the bright green. Anyway, I'll be buying more when I run out of these.

Decent overall, easy to navigate. Pricing is not accurate up front and that should be fixed. Before rebates my price was about $455 and shown price before checkout was after rebate price around $285. Even worse than that, I ended up actually paying $655 because of "fees" without any description. Overall, still cheaper than last purchase amount through another online company by a little so I still ordered. Mainly didn't want to spend more time shopping around and got baited into the initial pricing. That is very frustrating as a consumer.

Easy form to fill out, they checked my prescription with my doctor, and contacts were shipped and received within a week. The rebate I mailed in saves me almost 50%!

I had to place a last minute order, before my prescription expired, and 1-800-Contacts came through. The contacts I needed were in stock, and ordering them was an easy process. Would order from site again!

I have ordered contacts in the past from other vendors and they take way too long to ship to me, but these shipped within a week. I didn't have any trouble uploading my prescription either.

I got what I ordered, but my prescription was an unusual one, so it took a bit longer then the normal time. They checked in with me after my order was delivered. All good!

My prescription is pretty bad and unique so they had to get mine specially made before they could ship it out. I was kind of disappointed because they advertise that they get their lens shipped out really quickly but it can't be helped. I do think there are probably cheaper options out there for people like me who have to wait regardless.

Honestly, my contacts are great only issue I have is my contacts are never in stock when I order and they end up getting here later than expected, which is very frustrating when paying for the shipping. I really don't enjoy leaving bad reviews and wanted to be fair. But it has been way too often an issue.

I sometimes forget that I have this order and then when it comes in I am truly happy because I almost run out of my contacts. Whoever thought of 1-800 contact was a genius at least to me.

I've paid for expedited shipping with both international shipping and otherwise, and it's definitely NOT actually expedited. Don't waste your money on it. That said I finally received my contacts while traveling across the pond and I'm very relieved about it. Thanks!

Order placed 10/5/2025/2 days later notified the supplier would send but assured they would be here by 10/9/2025. Chatted through my account on 10/14/25 and assured follow up by representative. They were miraculously shipped on 10/14/25. Received them on the 10/21/25. It took way too long. I could have bought them at Costco for $10 more a box, had them in 2 days and, and avoided the $120.00 processing fee.

Purchased contacts. Took quite a long time to get them. They did not follow through with the doctor for the Rx and didn't let me know that they were waiting for it.

Ordered and confirmed my prescription, then was delivered to me and they stay on top with communication if they need something further for processing. Thank you!

Got my lenses they are perfect but placed my order on 8/29 did not receive my lenses until 9/11.2 weeks is a bit extreme you should offer to pay extra for faster delivery. Even if you can't pay extra at least stick to the 5 to 7 days delivery mark. Besides that everything was good.

Ordering was easy. Prices can't be beat. I just like knowing when to expect packages to my address so I can be sure that it is delivered on time and to me with all of the problems with the postal system in recent months.

Like all on line contact vendors the final price of the contacts was considerably more than advertised per box but still less than competitors (assuming I receive the promised rebate).

I received my contact lenses quickly and in good condition, and overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The only downside was that the standard shipping didn't include a tracking number, so I had to email customer service to get it. Other than that, everything was smooth and easy!

The experience was fine. In my contacts. I guess are more rare so they were not in stock and I had to wait longer than I really wanted but, everything arrived and now I have contacts! My only complaint would be how very many 1-800 contacts ads I get on every single platform! I really need them to stop.

My eye doctor notified your company to inform you all that my prescription was entered incorrectly. However, no one from the company notified me and didn't make appropriate corrections. After speaking with customer service, we resolved my issues and concerns. Candy was very helpful and eager to rectify the situation and make appropriate adjustments. It was my first time ordering from the website. I got a few emails for confirmation, shipped and delivery, which I appreciated. They arrived well packaged and my prescription was correct. Solid 10/10 experience.

My lenses got delivered way quicker than I expected. I'm going to be out of town and was worried they wouldn't arrive in time. The reorder process was smooth and efficient.

Very easy to input prescription. Getting the rebate was a bit challenging as i had to cut out information from each contact lense box. Other than that it was great!

I had to contact customer service first to help with cancelation. They placed new order. I think the shipping takes too long. Price of lenses seem higher but I haven't purchased them since 2008.

1-800 get lenses false advertised $11.99 boxes of contact lenses including Acuvue Oasis lenses and specific they falsely advertise them to be $11.99 plus tax but instead they charged me 270 something dollars for four boxes now at 1199 with shipping being only $9.99 per box I don't know where the rest of the money went and if I can I would like to dispute the transaction as a whole and get my money back that is owed back to me because it was falsely advertised

Arrived in a decent amount of time. Notified each step of the process with my order. Plus, I didn't have my lens prescription. They were able to reach out to my Dr and get it quickly. The price was much less expensive than what I would have had to pay from my Dr. That is even without the rebate that you get from here. It seems it will take a good amount of time before you receive your rebate, a few months from what I can tell when I applied for it. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and the cost. Will be purchasing my next prescription from here

I originally ordered the incorrect contacts. Customer service responded immediately letting me know that my order may be wrong because my Rx includes an astigmatism and that the lenses I ordered didn't reflect that. I never would have noticed that if they hadn't called me. I spoke to two different reps and they were both friendly and helpful in getting my order correct. It was a great transaction and I'll definitely order from 1-800 Get Lens again.

Just had my prescription renewed and it was super simple to update on the website and order new contacts. Can't beat the speed and convenience anywhere else. 👍

Great customer service! I tried twice to get the exact prescription. I called and received assistance in ordering the contact lenses. Once ordered, I received my contacts within 3 weeks. Highly recommend

Shopping experience was satisfactory. However, deliver was not great. It took three weeks to receive my order. During that time, I ran out of contacts. I did not expect that extended delay.

The first time I placed my order back in April my prescription was incorrect and it made for a small amount of confusion initially but your staff was able to help me quickly rectify the situation. These contacts are fantastic! My eyes adjusted much faster to these than another brand I was using, which is saying a lot due to my astigmatism. They are soft, easy to put in, and comfortable(you don't feel them when they're in, and they're easy to take out. I also have sensitive and dry eyes, and they haven't given me a problem). My order was easy to place, easy to upload a prescription, and arrived correctly. My only complaint is that it took way too long to come in. I ended up running out of lenses. I ordered on 2/20/26, received on 3/10/26 (18 days).

I am on a very tight budget so the price was perfect! Cheapest for 1 box I've come across on the internet. It took over 2 weeks to receive after I ordered but for the price I cannot- I do not have any complaints!

I was frustrated with the delays in receiving my contacts because I am essentially blind without them. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions (and rants). It didn't help my frustration about the delay, but I knew what was happening. I have my contacts now so it's all ok.

The source of lenses seems to be a quality provider. The advertised price does not reflect the actual price. At checkout you get hit with a large fee that would be better reflected in the advertised price. Get lens was still the cheapest but the hidden fees added at checkout smells like bait and switch.

It was easy to upload my prescription. I ordered the wrong type for one eye and customer service corrected it per my prescription. Then prior to the expiration of my prescription, they notified me so I could order without having to get a new one for another 6 months. This is my second time using them and I have been satisfied both times.

I was very disappointed with my experience ordering from 1-800-GET-LENS. I provided them with correct information for my doctor, but they had trouble with faxing other end. This caused them to stop processing my order but they never sent me a status update. I only found out once I called them to check on the order. But that was a week later, after it should have already been in transit. Only once I called did they call the doctor at the number I provided, so the processing timeline started all over again. I was upset that they never communicated to me about the delay and then refused to expedite shipping to offset the delay that their negligence caused. They apologized profusely and stated I should I have been notified, but took no responsibility to correct their oversight. I don't like giving business to companies that don't value customer satisfaction, so never again will I order from them.

It was very easy to use this website to order some new contacts. The price was much less than what I paid at Visionworks for the exact pair of contacts. I received my contacts in a timely manner. I highly recommend using this website.

Get Lens needs to partner with the rebate people to determine a better way to submit a proof of purchase. Currently you have to cut up the contact lens box to submit a proof of purchase. Now, because I do want the $75 rebate, I have a years supply on contact lenses with no container to store and keep up with them nor do I have a way to determine which lens belong to which eye. May I suggest Get Lens supplying a packing slip or order confirmation to the rebate people instead so people don't have to destroy a perfectly good box they would mostly likely keep their contacts in.

A bit stressing but everything went well as delivery. However I just tried my lenses, My right lenses came with some defect as I have already used 2 of them in 2 hours, I am experiment some kind of discomfort. My contact lens broke in two
