I initially got the wrong item. When I tried to report it, there was a bit of jumping through hoops. (First I reported it on the website, only to be sent a message with directions to send a new message by email). Just a bit of a pain. But it eventually got sorted out and I was re-sent a package this time with the correct item.

I was looking for some replacement Philips Amara Blue Gel masks for my Bi-PAP and found what I was looking for at 1800CPAP.com. I did chat with Nicole and she took care of me very well. I ultimately ended up returning the medium size masks (unopened) and exchanging them for the large size which I should be getting fairly soon. Customer service is excellent and I'm very pleased with this company.

Easy to order. I was informed that I needed a prescription from my doctor to order the CPAP. My doctor faxed it and I received the CPAP very soon there
Trying new face masks I knew it would be and adjustment and I know that my friends and husband that use it said to be patient it is great after u get use to it
Perhaps it's just the state of shipping in today's world but I paid $50+ to expedite the delivery as I forgot a part to my c-pap while away on vacation. Despite selecting next day delivery, it arrived three days later.
I ordered a very specific AC adapter and cord and was delivered a totally different and much bulkier one not fit for travel. After complaining I received a note of apology and that a replacement was the on way. It's been over two weeks and still not here.
Shipping was done fast. Received my mask within a week or two - any delays were on my end. Pleasant experience.
