Your need to use UPS for delivery is understood, but it puts you at a disadvantage to Amazon. However, your merchandise is of much better quality, so I will just have to allow more lead time to my orders.

The company that services my CPAP machine and orders my supplies sent me a mask but no frame or headgear. I couldn't figure out how to use it. After several phone calls to see what I needed to be able to wear the new mask with no solution, I called 1-800CPAP.com. I told them what my situation was and they told me very quickly what I needed and gave me the part # I needed. They don't take insurance so I ordered and did self pay so I could start using the new mask. Very happy with the service.

I have been ordering my equipment here for years. The ordering is very simple, and the shipping is quick.
Ordering was easy. But when the package, containing only a face mask, arrived in Thailand Customs it was seized. CPAP machines & all associated equipment are restricted. Requires a registered import company, an import handler, FDA approval & a doctor's prescription to bring even a face mask or air hose into Thailand. Sending it back requires a product export license and a registered export company! Bottom line I just lost my money!
