I ordered wrong headgear so needed to switch it out. The refund process has been a nightmare. Still waiting on that refund from May 1st. I cannot say I would do business with them again.

The Resmed 11 is super quiet and easy to use. Not 5 stars as the machine I got is locked for my region so the phone app does not work, a bit of an oversight to solve a different problem in my view.
They followed through with back order without my need to contact again.
