Zynga allows players to cheat. I have notified them numerous times about a Boggle With Friends player who has gotten EXACTLY the same score for 23 days in a row. They have allowed this player to continue cheating while telling me the problem is in my app, that the player is just scoring his "average", that I should update my app, among numerous other excuses.

This is not how legitimate companies deal with honest customers. I now suspect that zynga is a somewhat sketchy company and I don't want their app on my phone.

Games are intended to be fun! Zynga thinks fun, fairness, customer service along with any other adjectives used to define game or fun are not important! Playing Zynga GAMES costs $100-$300 per hour to play and are rigged. You can make a $10.00 purchase and play their games only to receive no big wins, no bonus, no free spins no nothing make your $10.00 purchase gone in 2-3 minutes! Going through money you've allotted for games for the entire month in less than an hour is ridiculous! Games are supposed to be fun, I'm not saying you should win every time but there needs to be some give and take (some winning and losing to create a fun experience and have people coming back, and this is missing from all Zynga games) think about it people pay to play and all they can receive for their hard earned money is to have a little fun for an hour or two. It's not like the coins Zynga is "giving you for your $10 bucks or $100" has any type of monetary value to anyone but Zynga. We give real money and receive fictitious coins in return, so why do you make it harder to win a bonus game Playing with fictitious coins than it is playing "for real" at an actual casino?

I have had issues with Zynga over the past several weeks and i have heard back in email from Zynga from 4 different customer service people I with the company and each time they evade the issue at hand of rectifying the problem and getting me my chips back. I would go into a sit and go tournament in Zynga poker and i would know darn well that I should have gotten 2nd place in the 5 players sit and goes I play because I have middle chips stack not the highest but not the lowest and I would be given 3rd place which has no chip rewards they said they reviewed game play on my account and see no issues with this.
Then I told them about how I would play in the 50m 100m and 500m sit and goes I would enter a room in the 5 player rooms and I would wait and wait and no 5th would come to join sometimes as much as 7 minutes and then the second i click on leave room someone comes in and i loose all my chips for the entry into that tournament i have lost at least 4 to 5 billion if not more if i just count the times the games started right as i would click leave
They refuse to address the question i asked about getting my chips back and they are cheating me and probably several other people also
Please be careful about this company
Zynga games if you are reading this then you know who I am because I have emailed back and fourth with you several times
If you wish for me to edit my review to say that you have fixed this problem then you need to fix the problem and i mean make it up to me on the chips i have had cheated out of me

Update 3 - This developer will RIP YOU OFF! HOW LONG SHOULD YOU WAIT FOR A RESOLUTION, HOW MANY TRIES DOING THE SAME STEPS THAT DON'T WORK BEFORE THEY DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK? IT IS THEFT! After weeks of trying their recovery steps over and over, it doesn't work. Over 10 requests for a refund ignored. Finally they answer, no. And attach their legal policy.

Update 2 -game still won't sync. Developer ignores my refund requests. Reported this Developer to Google Play.

Update 1 -support told me to re associate the game with facebook and Google and it would sync up my game. Google won't connect. Also support saying I was on level 35, it was 42. Requested a refund a third time.

Loved this game. Spent money in the app playing this game. The most recent update made me unable to use my club or buddies due to "network" not connecting. It was not my network but a glitch in the game. Support told me to uninstall then reinstall. I did. No place to "log in" so it wiped all my progress out as well as the purchased content. I would have to start from scratch. Support not won't respond. Basically they have stolen from me and don't care!

I started playing Natural Motion, Zynga games over 2 years ago. Also along with CSR2 THESE COMPANIES AND THERE SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE DEPARTMENT AND FINANCIAL ARE THE MOST CORRUPT COMPANYS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY CARE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THERE LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OF EACH AND EVERY STATE AKSO THERE SHOULD BE INTERNATIONAL LAWS PROTECTING CUSTOMER BASES IN OTHER COUNTRIES... I HATE THESE COMPANIES FOR THE AMOUNT OF WASTED TIME AND FRUSTRATION... THEY SUCK AND SHOULD BE FINED MILLIONS AND HAVE STRONGER OVER SIGHT DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONALLY,... THEY ARE MAKING MILLIONS AND LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK... I HATE THESE COMPANIES...!

So I played fb zynga poker I played fair and won up to 717million chips from 600k chips the next day I was banned all cause zynga was upset I didn't buy chips from them lol there accusing me of violation of terms haha total bogus so they robbed my chips and acct and they said I can use my acct if i accept them taking 716mill and giving me 1mill so now it's going viral on social media and to my local attorney there is a lawsuit going on about them for fraud already hope it was worth it I'm the wrong person to mess with.

I have been playing one of their games (Mafia Wars) via facebook for some years, it became apparent that the only thing this company thinks about is getting your money. The game itself rarely works the way it should. Over recent years the majority of players are using automated scripts and Bots to play, despite this being in contravention of Zyngas terms and conditions, the company refuse or is unable to do anything about it! Written complaints about cheaters are answered by what I regard as an automated reply. Even when you advise them of accounts using the game in breach of their own terms and conditions, the company takes NO Action! The abuse of their game is so blatant that script writers and users post You tube advice and admissions videos about using scripts and Bots and still the company is unable or unwilling to take action! DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR Do not begin playing this game and save yourself unneeded stress and money.

Please help my son is upstairs playing farmville and he wants my credit card to buy microtransactions
