One day I had over 2 billion chips. The next day, after only two small stakes games, I had 224,000 chips. This has happened several times, and I have kept careful records to establish this practice on behalf of the game. Also, I noticed that once a player buys a large number of chips, the games become stacked against them, and they quickly suffer unusual losses. I intend ask Florida's attorney general to investigate. In the meantime, I have deleted this app.

I'm very unhappy to see WORDS WITH FRIENDS drag out their liberal political and religious beliefs crap. I've been playing for a long time, but now refuse to do solo challenge anymore as it is insulting to have to engage in a game that enforces liberal ideas against my conservative political and religious beliefs. Not sure why we cannot just play. I don't care about my opponent's beliefs when I play. Why should ZYNGA try to indoctrinate me with theirs? #Zynga

I'm disgusted that I have give Zynga 1 Star. All their games don't rate 1 Star. Zynga manipulates all results to their favor. Any experienced player can see through the manipulation. Endless hands that you receive can only merit one book. Bags are collected no matter what or how you play. You are definitely playing 13 versus 39. Very rarely are you playing along with another human. You play against ZYNGA BOTS which manipulate the outcome. If you have any type of strategy it is shut down with their behind the curtain manipulation. 13 v. 39 is how they rig the results. You are teased with a possible WIN until the end of the game. You will either BAG OUT, or, get hands that will only yield one book. Their SPADES game is the most frustrating app. Their Bid Whist app is not much better in terms of manipulation. The better you play, you are forced to bid 8, or 9, or a very high NO hand. I've never seen so many One Person Boston's in my life. One Person Bostons are almost impossible. Zynga has the very best graphics I've played. That's why I'm still a customer. However when you know you are being manipulated, it's not fun anymore. Save your money. Download another card game app. ZYNGA will frustrate you to no end. It ought to be illegal. They are stealing and cheating and manipulating all results to their benefit. Yes I am so done with these cheats. I will not reload wit them. They don't care that they are killing their cash cows. If you call them on their manipulation and cheating during the CHAT, you'll get blackballed. What a waste. A good app gone very bad.

They need to have the FCC and the FTC to investigate their cheating practices! I have wasted to much time and money on this rip off game site. I have had the same cards dealt to me over and over, have people join the table with high rates but no friends or likes, just like its not really anyone at all but a bot. Zynga says to report the bots but i think the bots belong to zynga...

The site is rugged to get you to spend cash. Don't waist your time with it. Much better sites out there.

Zynga poker can be fun and entertaining. However, in order to level up you must increasingly spend more and more on "chips". I've been playing for years and sometimes it's very obvious that the game is rigged but even if it wasn't, you will lose much of the money you spend to buy chips playing against "bots" and unscrupulous players who bully and force you to opt out of games - at your expense. The amount that you "invest" to level up can easily run into 1000's of dollars and could actually become a problem for people who can't afford it. The game should come with a warning but Zynga doesn't want to admit that it is gambling. For me, it was fun for a while particularly while isolating during Covid, but I am now done with spending money to play this game.

Garbage game fixed and is just getting worse. Don't play this game you will lose money because it's fixed

Zynga has stolen billions and billions of dollars from people around the world. You lose 99% of the time to their bots, but even if you win, Zynga takes 25% of the pot in rake. I won 25 million in a pot and Zynga took 7 million in rake which approximates 25% of the pot. Google and Zynga are collaborating with each other to steal money from you and make themselves richer. There is no deck and there is no shuffle. Every hand is predetermined and designed to trap people into investing as much chips into the pot as possible. Then when the site steals your chips, the site will beg you to buy more chips. These people don't deserve your money. They deserve to be in prison. I pray one day that actually happens.

I have played Zyngapoker for years, the issue now is, Zyngapoker allows bots and multiple account players to go forward and take all your chips, another issue is, if your connected to any App Store, Zyngapoker gains access to your account details and will take money From your account unauthorised, starts small and escalates to huge amounts over a very short period. I had $470 taken one very early morning over 5 transactions.
Zyngapoker should be left well alone, the developer is gaining money by deception.

I contacted support on January 12 for Gin Rummy Plus because the game would load because of the Lucky Spin, in which I had completed the night before. Peter O. Got back to me the next day and of course I got the typical response to try other browsers. I did so and sent them screenshots of 3 browsers that would not load. Could not get in at all on the 12th or 13th. I was able to on the 14th and responded to support to let them know the game was now loading but I did not get my Lucky Spin. I emailed Peter O. Back to let them know I could get into the game and wanted to know when and how much they would be crediting my account since I was unable to do the Luck Spin. On Jan. 15th, he emails me back and says my account has been credited 50,000. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The least amount you can get from a Lucky Spin is 75,000. I have spent a lot of money on this game and then to only get 50,000, what a joke and so is Zynga. Play their games, but DO NOT spend any money, they do not care about their players just their money. Don't waste your time, money or effort on their games. It's not worth it!

I have played zynga poker of years. Recently noticed that my ratio of win: lose=1:15. Compared to the usual 1:4.
Ive heard this decline in wins is due to retaining paying customers. I have paid for chips in the past and win ratio was was 1:4, sometimes 1:2 for good plays.
Paid recently and still get 1:10 to 1:15.
Now it DOESNT MATTER.
House advantage seems to go to these faceless players (avatars).
Also, the bonus slot machine. NO ONE HAS EVER WON THE MAX LISTED
I am done and I warn any future players to stay away!
