I have been playing Zynga Poker for more than 10 years and in the beginning everything was fun and good however, over the last 4-5 years, I noticed more and more accounts playing the game without a proper profile photo or even name! These accounts are obviously fake as instead of playing poker, they were playing bingo. Raising on every hand regardless and incredulously, winning on most hands majority of the time on the last card. I have amassed hundreds of billions of chips but my account was suddenly blocked as Zynga claimed that I had abused their terms and conditions, even though I have been playing this for more than 10 years! Zynga protects these fake accounts and continue to enable them to cheat, rather than genuine players like myself who have invested lots of time and money playing this game as I enjoy it to pass my time. Stop being cheated like myself and the thousands of others. Go play something else which does not focus on generating money instead of providing their customers with a fun past-time. You can read other reviews on many other platforms and you will see that what I have gone through is a common occurrence to many other players who used to be regulars but have not totally turned our backs on Zynga. Do the same now before it's too late!

Dumb $#*! zynga has decided to join the woke. Time to eliminate them. Unfortunately for them just having decent games wasn't enough they have to push their BS ideology on their customers. BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT!

Well this won't y ake too long. This is the most pitiful excuse of a poker site in the world...and I've played most of them, both free sites as well as real money sites. The bottom line is simple. Their software is capable of creating a scenario where any random have will beat all others at any given table, especially against any player short stacked at that particular table. Since I used to play on real money sites that were regulated and had to prove " random hand generation", this site is the polar opposite of random. Since the site doesn't generate revenue unless the players buy chips so they can play, the site makes sure with their software that EVERY player goes broke and left with the only option of buying chips if they want to continue playing. It's by far the most frustrating game on this Green earth, and if you wanna play on the site, you must be willing to spend money on a regual basis, regardless of skill level. DONE!

They encourage gambling and scam players. Don't get involved in any Zynga games!
Total disregard for their customers

Everything's fine until it isn't. If you have any questions about any game, forget it. They do nothing to help and just refer to other websites that have nothing to do with your question. I was a player of WWF for as long as it was on Facebook and I gave it up due to NO help from "customer service" Play at your peril and if you buy coins plan on losing them

This poker game in five hands has full houses Royal plushies four of a kind and that's because I complain about their randomizer. The game is rigged if you buy chips you win it's all about the money. A full house so many times in a row if I were to play the actual game it would never ever in a quadrillion chances it would not happen

I often see hands like 7/4,3/7 random off suit hands win big pots by players who obviously have no clue. What's THAT all about? . The wins are bizarre. And not towards the decent player.

I recently earned over 7 billion dollars and was due over 900 points for a free spin. The points didn't arrive and my emails gave zero results and was told it was over and do not reply anymore. Very sad. With over 50 billion in my account the rewards of $230 million are insulting

Zynga ignores reports of cheaters as they continue to play and cheat others of their chips. This is so that we are forced to spend money and buy more chips should we wish to play. For those who vent their anger at such cheaters, because Zynga refuses to do anything about them, Zynga blocks our account to keep us quiet. Stop playing games on Zynga as there are many other more reliable platforms. Read the forum and see that I am not the only such player affected by such ridiculous actions! Boycott Zynga now!

Ripped off now for ages and they do not sort issue out and deliberately make you lose consistently they need banning and the law needs to be involved again

Zynga Poker is not for the player! It is set for monthly payment to make you lose even if you have the odds to win. It has an alogorythm to allow to win as a purpose, then when winning, YOU WILL LOSE! TO GET A MONTHLY PAYMENT.
You will never win or gain ground in a round as it will give the least likely to stand a win to WIN. Even if odds are in you favor. So you will re-buy back in.

I have been playing Poker on the Zynga web site for 3 months. I like it. It's fast moving, also provides free spins for additional free chips. Can't beat it. I tried other "FREE" Poker sites but this one is the best. Takes some time getting used to all the features but for new users it will come in time.

How can a single $#*!ing pair win a straight? How can a flush beat the full house.or a straight to win a flush? Fix your $#*! you $#*!ing $#*!s i hope you get banned really soon.

I've been auditing friends over the last two months. This is a total rigged platform and they constantly make ppl who buy lose all the time. The other ppl constantly win and build stacks. It's a great game and the dynamics of it are fun but it's totally rigged against you to make you buy buy buy.

[*******] The ad photos I took and forwarded to Zynga with my concern message have been encrypted-a web address I can not open. I erased the photos, could not bare to carry them in my Photos) I have lodged my shock and agitation, my alarm at the potent harm this "ad" promoting racism, bigotry and even violence by way of its imposition of White Supremacist ideology on our fellow citizens in and even beyond the US. Thus far Zynga has responded with a pat statement of "filters are in place". Eventually I received a response from a representative "reassuring" me of this filter. When I replied with my concern about the negligence and social irresponsibility, the failure of this "filter" I received an "appreciation for bringing this to our attention, we are looking into it." It's been weeks, and no further communication thus far. This egregious complicity with aggressive promotion of institutionalized systematic racism calls for immediate action. Nothing can erase what many Words With Friends Classic may have already been exposed to by way of this multi-faceted very professionally polished promotional ad. No more! My reply to Zynga's non-action is my promotion of a boycott of all that is Zynga.

This game scams various people across the country i have started taking videos, screenshots, everything possible to expose this game. I have been in contact with a GOOD LAWYER and i may have a case, if you would like to add on text me your name & reason.
