These people say they are there for you to help you along the way - BUYER BEWARE - I just spent over 1000. 00 on their products... do not send them too many emails they can't handle it... debbie the customer service rep will talk to you like a child over the phone... they expect you to know everything. If a product doesn't work for your pet THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK you can only exchange for that they have... PLEASE MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU SPEND SO MUCH MONEY NOT TO GET STUCK WITH A PRODUCT. I have no proof but they told me to give my one cat tonics which I did and he passed away - we don't know why it happened BUT now i'm questioning it... please do your research before trusting these people (update) below comment from homeoanimal they will also sweet talk and lie, don't fall for any false representations on this company, I even told them I saw my vet and they still don't care... they should NOT promote natural substance if they cannot back up their products... they even gave my husband products for his psorisis, it did NOTHING FOR HIM, I told them he saw a dermatologist and they still didn't care... this company is a scam please stay away from them
I purchased one of their products as it had a few positive reviews and no negative ones. When I posted my review that the product did not work for me, their website did not show it. Very misleading to the public.

Answer: The reason why I say it's a scam is because they will never give you your money back... so if your pet gets sick with their product you HAVE to keep it OR switch with one of their other products... you will never get your money back
