Update: The shipping takes a bit too long if you are looking for urgent relief, as I was for my dog's UTI. We are happy to have this on hand for the next flare up! Will update my product review at that time, once I've had a chance to use it.

While trying to place an order to be shipped to an Ontario address your website kept saying that the address in Vaunghan Ontario was incorrect, it was not so after several tries I had it shipped to a friend in Rochester New York and the reshipped to the Vaughan address without any problem.

When I first started with HomeoAnimal ~ 5 or 6 years ago ~ it was pretty wonderful ~ specially formulated remedies for a specific condition. It literally brought my then 17 year old
Cat back to life and and gave me probably another 8 very precious and happy and reasonably healthy months with her.
When I just contacted you for my new kittens ~ I was saddened to learn it seems much more 'off the shelf and commercial' ~ still helpful to a point, I would guess ~ but I certainly did not feel like it would help a specific dire situation.

I ordered the Alopecia for my dachshund that has CDA. It really worked amazingly well and her hair grew in nice and soft and full.
I wish all pet parents who have animals with CDA would use this simple remedy that does no harm, only good.

I had several question and never got any answers but instead I got the run around. When the product did not work and customer service knew I had discarded the bottles and specifically said they would honor the warranty the company refused to give me a refund. Not professional.

I lost my cat, she passed away waiting for the product... they did not allow me to cancel the product because was already shipped, the product arrived 30 days late. I needed to pay for shipping costs if I wanted a refund (only 29 from 49), so basically I lost my cat, lost my money... their refund policy is terrible... they basically keep my money and lost a costumer.

Ordered undescended testicle bottle and gave one squirt to my 10 week old toy poodle and had to rush him to emergency for lack of eating after the spray in the mouth. He almost died from sugar shock and they tried to sell me something else. What a rip off. Never again will I order from them.

I'm not happy with this company. If you're not satisfied about something, they just stop talking to you. You get no further response. They are not willing to help you. If you're actually going to buy something, be sure to talk to someone about your animals issues so you get the right remedy. If you want to return anything they will charge you a $12 return fee and you have to pay the return shipping. With them being in Canada, it's international shipping, which is expensive. Plus, their products are ridiculously expensive for what you get. Just all around not worth it to work with this company. I decided not to return anything cause of the amount of money I would lose out on. This company doesn't know how to work with people. Their satisfaction guarantee is bullsh*t.

My dog was diagnosed with acute kidney failure 3 months ago and has been on Homeoanimal's kidney remedies for the last 6 weeks. I believe he has been helped by their protocol given twice daily as I've seen a remarkable change in his interest in play and improved appetite. The remedies are much easier to administer than the herbal tonics we began with. I would caution customers to label bottles with non-erasable labels since the lettering on the spray bottles rubs off easily. I have found their customer service to be excellent, impressed by the repeat communication they initiate. I will definitely be purchasing again from them.
