Zulily always has something I want or need! I love all the selections and the prices! It is a great place to shop to get unique gifts for family and friends that they have not seen in stores in our area. I like to get my clothes so that no one else will have them in our small town.

I appreciate Zulily's one-stop shopping. I can find things for family, house, yard, automotive, electronics and groceries. I like being able to choose items and am given reminders when items I had on wish list come in stock. The ease of returns and credit is also an advantage. I shop daily and then purchase all things at once. The quick 99cent deals are great too! The picture is of my new step stones for backyard and if ya look close you'll see doggie dish I purchased earlier to the black rain jacket also.

I'd want for everyone to have the same experience I've been having, and if there's been a problem, Zu always makes up for it. I've learned what works & what doesn't to a large extent. I've learned never to order fresh plants-not once have they come to me alive, the photos are always beautiful, so it can be a real draw to buy them. The kitchen & household items are usually spot-on, though, as are some of the clothing manufacturers, always check the sizing chart and some of the companies will even print if the sizes run large or small, which is a great help. The customer service people are just that--there to serve the customers. If you are thinking about shopping here, go ahead and take the plunge, and if you've ordered before but have been disillusioned give them another try, who knows, you may be pleasantly surprised.

While I do enjoy shopping online in general; I have, and can be, disappointed from time to time. In general I believe you get what you pay for; although "deals" can be found. But beware! If you purchase from this website it will cost you much more then it is worth. 1st - you have to pay $8 to ship it back, 2nd - the original shipping cost will not be refunded to you, so, it will cost more to return it then it is worth! Also, take note; the sizes of each item is not standard across the board. You would need to check the actual messurements for each piece of clothing you are considering purchasing. At times the sizing difference is so much that a US size XL could be a 6X.

I have ordered many items from zulily such as clothing, shoes, makeup, a headboard, home décor, perfume, and self tanner. On occasion I have had to return an item because it didn't work for me. I always check to see if an item can be returned before I purchase it so I don't get stuck with something I don't want. All of my returns have been a good experience, and customer service is always very helpful. As long as zulily keeps offering good deals I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I live in a large city, yet find many unique items at nice prices on Zulily. I do caution you to pay attention to description details, especially clothing sizes. Also, some brands are cheaply made & sellers sell under more than one brand name. Find a few you like & stick with them. My few experiences with Customer Service have been excellent. My biggest disappointment has been the site redesign. You used to be able to "favorite" an item from the preview pages, but no longer. There are other issues with the site also, but overall, Zulily is my go-to store for special gifts & definitely Christmas!
