As the majority of people feel as far as paying for shipping then to return item your charger again. It's almost like having a licence to screw people. That policy needs to be worked on. I also feel it should be up to the customer whether or not they want store credit for returned item or refund. But I will say this if I'm looking for something different I can usually find it on zulily.

They have always had great customer service. If my order wasn't right, they have tried to make it right.

I have been buying from Zulily for myself & my grandchildren for years. I have neverbeen disappointed with products or service.

There is not enough info on the items you sell.It takes forever to get merchandise. If your not happy and want to return you charge I believe $8.95 to return ...terrible! I'm never ordering clothes again mostly junk! Sizing is not accurate. Pictures of items are also not accurate. I always pay my bill and just recently requested only a $100 increase and was turned down. This infuriates me!

I like so many items on Zulily, but I have been disappointed too many times I have received about 6 items that arrived broken, 3 items that were in mislabeled boxes so what I received was not what I paid for and the wait time to receive my purchases is way too long. I am limiting my purchasing on Zulily because of these flaws

I love Zulily. I am redoing my wardrobe and love everything I find and buy. I would definitely recommend this store to any of my friends and family.

It is a great place to get all types of products from home goods to clothes from great brands at a great price

I have ordered numerous times now and have been more than satisfied with everything I have gotten. Wish things came faster but I guess that's why it's such a good deal. Highly recommend.

Found Zulily by accident and what a great surprise it was. They have EVERYTHING I need and I found gifts for everyone for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and weddings plus just everyday items. Fast, good prices, great quality and I am a customer for life.

Super prices, but just make sure they are returnable. Some are not. And delivery can take weeks. Overall I love it.

Love the variety offered but need to work on their sizing consistency between vendors and loosen up the shipping policies i. E allow a weekly shipping fee or at least a few days.

I get to buy the high quality foods I like at such good prices. In addition I have been introduced to new gourmet food products on Zulily that I did not know about. I love being able to buy and explore different items unavailable to me at my nearby grocery store.

Some are great deals, others amazon better. With prime 2 day shipping and pay 1 time a year shipping. Zulily may need to consider this option for return shoppers.

I enjoy the variety, the wide size ranges, and the quality of the products. From my favorite French bar soap at 1/2 the price to my ASICS that I wear for work I like having the opportunity to shop at my time and in my house.

Zilily is one of my favorite websites to order from, they have good prices, variety of different selection and get your stuff back on a timely manner.

Always find something I want. Shipping deals are great! If you find something else you want to order on the same day, it ships free until midnight. The only thing i wish they would do is have more true plus size options.
