I got a few shirts of them. Took a month or better to get. Didn't look anything like the picture. Didn't fit right. Will never buy from them again.
I appreciate being told when my item will leave the warehouse and was prepared for the wait. What they did not tell me was that my items were traveling from China!
I do not order items from overseas due to all of the delays that occur with this type of transaction.
They misrepresented the shipping time by stating, on their site, that items will be delivered 3-5 days after leaving their warehouse. They have a warehouse in China so 3-5 days is incorrect! I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and still do not have tracking information!
To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement. When I notified the company, they were not apologetic or helpful in any way.
Here is the response when I asked them why I can't track my items after 2 weeks:

Upon reviewing your order, I've noticed that your tunics were shipped from our fulfillment center in China on April 2,2017, please also note that while the package is making its way to the United States itll pass through the customs facility for the regular inspections.
After this process has been completed a scheduled delivery date will be available to you, delivery can take up to 9-12 days.
Thank you for shopping with zulily. Please feel free to call us at *******615 if you have additional questions."

I printed out the ring sizer and it was wrong. When the ring came in I tried to have it exchanged for the correct size (smaller) and was told there is a restocking fee ($2.00) and a $5.95 mailing fee. This was my first (and last) order with Zulily. Horrible customer service.
Fell in love with a pair of Dolce Vita shoes and discovered they were on sale online in the states but not in Canada. Also, my size was sold out everywhere. Found and ordered them through Zulily and received them in just over a week! Free shipping with tracking info included. Very pleased with this site.
I gave it one star because there is nothing lower. I would prefer 0. I made one purchase, my first and last. I ordered a shirt that had great colors. When it came it was disappointing to say the least. The only good thing was the colors. The fabric was cheap, the workmanship shoddy. I kept it because of the colors and wear it only around the house. I would not be seen in public wearing it.
I ordered a silk dress from Zulily. I ordered it in a Large (I wear size 10-12) and it was very small. The embroidery looked so cheap I would not to wear it in public I will not order from Zulily again.

My first purchase with Zulily was in 2011. I was pleased in the beginning. I got a Kenneth Cole black wool blend long trench coat for $80 (regular price was $250-300). Its a beautiful coat! I got tons of compliments from both men and women. The company earned my trust. My next purchase, a pair of Nine West riding boots hurt my feet so bad that I couldn't stay in them longer than 30 min...$75 down the toilet. But I didn't give up on Zulily. I bought two Natori bras and a pair of Genetic denim all at great prices. I was rebuilding my wardrobe so I kept shopping on this site. But after about 6 months I noticed the quality of their clothes went down. The clothes were severely missized the quality was poor and I wasted 100's of dollars on clothes that I could not wear. I discontinued my membership and have not purchased any products since 2011. I shop mainly at HauteLook/Rack. Unless you are into fast fashion (cheap clothes that don't last past the first few washes) use caution when shopping Zulily.
I have ordered many items from Zulily. For the most part, I have been satisfied. The shipping times are very slow, 3-4 weeks sometimes. I have been happy with the quality of the items. Just be forewarned that most of their sizes run very small. I generally order a medium when I am normally an XS.
Their return policy is nonexistent, but they have been super-responsive when they make mistakes. When 2 things I ordered did not arrive by the guaranteed date, they refunded my money, gave me a $10 credit, and told be to keep or donate the items when they did finally arrive.
Bottom line: Zulily has good deals, as long as you can be patient and wait until they are ready to ship.
I ordered a special occasion dress for an 8 year old girl. While the quality was good the shipping was so slow she had outgrown it by the time it arrived! Way overpriced. Next time I will just go to Macy's or Bon-Ton's, both near me.
I have had a few really good transactions with great results. Made in America, great quality. This time not so good. FIVE weeks between order and delivery. Products were basically good, but two were not acceptable. Both made in China. That's not the norm on previous orders. I didn't know that returns are a store credit unless items were defective. Waiting to hear from company on how to return.

I do not understand the awful reviews honestly as my experiences have been incredible. I have spent an obscene amount of money on Zulily lol! Yes, there have been mistakes along the way, but rather than blast them, I contact customer service and they always always take care of it! I take a photo, state the problem, and am refunded AND given a store credit no questions asked. I have gotten beautiful shoes and high quality clothing at amazing prices. I looooove the leggings! Unique and gorgeous, light material. So, I seriously don't understand these bad reviews. Yes, some items do take a very long time to ship but oh well. I can't get these things in Canada otherwise. Zulily is top notch and I couldn't be happier with them. Customer for life!
My experience with Zulily was great so far - I really like the few tunics that I ordered. Are good quality and true to the size. I took a chance after reading all these reviews but I'm glad I did. I placed another order this time much more items. Very helpful staff at the beginning when I contact them about the shipping address - which is APO AE. They responded and assisted right away.
Zulilly gets reduced prices because they order in bulk after you order and pay. What I found after I ordered is that their shipping times are inaccurate. One had not even reached them a week after the estimated arrival date. The item that did reach them has been stuck as preparing to ship for 7 days and because it is technically at the shipping location (in China) they won't cancel it. I will be removing the app as soon as my issue resolved.
They sent my order to the wrong address. Merchandise is second rate and overprised. Save yourself some hassles. Order someplace else>
I ordered a side table and many of the screw holes listed in the instructions hadn't been drilled in the piece, so there was no way to put it together. Literally just solid pieces of wood with no holes. I'm literally going to have to borrow a power drill and measure and make my own holes, I may as well just build a side table from scratch. Also some of the instructions were out of order, like they have you glue a shelf in before you screw on the legs, but once the shelf is in there's no room for a screwdriver to put the legs on so you have to tear out the shelf to get the legs on and hope it stays when you reglue the broken shelf. On top of that, I looked into returning it but I would have to pay the shipping and it would cost almost as much as the damn table. So I paid them $60 for a pile of random wood I can't use.

Then, when I went to return the clothing, I paid $11 return shipping and they gave me "store credit," which I entirely DID NOT WANT. They did not tell me this or I'd never have spent even more money on return shipping than I'd already spent on this disreputable company. You have been warned.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
