I have been working with Zoom Web Media for 3 years now. I have been a life-blood of that organization. ZOOM is a great place to start a career with. All the employees were very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. They teach you from the ground up. The company culture is wonderful, the employees generally seem happy to be working there. I think the vibe & the energy of the team drive everyone to go the extra mile & give their best shot. I highly recommend Zoom Web Media for their service, capabilities and vision.

I started working with zoom web media few months back, and I was hired as a Sales Manager. I had worked with various companies, but the experience I have gained by working here is far more satisfying as compared to others. They lay emphasis on the development of the employees and closely analyze their performance. They also make continuous efforts for the betterment of the staff members. They offer a professional working atmosphere to the employees, so that they can contribute more towards the success of the company. So, I am posting my review among many reviews, as a gesture to say thanks. Zoom Web Media values their employees and this is clearly reflected through their policies.

Because i've been scammed by these individuals... once they had my visa number they made a couple of attempts to produce a website, both in Russian and immediately without my permission billed my visa twice totaling $1,280 of which 7 months later i am trying to get back to no avail... dont trust these people they are a bunch of crooks... if you notice most of their five star ratings come from their fellow Indians probably employed by Zoom Web Media... run when you get a call from them

I outsourced my website development and digital marketing services to this company almost a year ago with a hope to get a smart website and more and more potential clients. They did a lot to satisfy me and turn every dream of mine true. They are approachable and helpful. Every time they send me the work report, they personally call me and let me know about it and explain the work done in details. The good thing is that the person who is handling my project, Sid, has helped me understand the basics.

I will never ever recommend Zoom web media, they are big time liars. First they will promise you that they can take the yearly payment in 4-5 installments, but once you get enrolled with them with 1st payment they will call you and say that they need full money within a month. They will promise you so many things upfront but once you get enrolled they will never full fill those.
I am Mortgage agent and for my they keywords plays a vital role for searching my website. I provided some keywords to them but they never used those, they used there own big keyword searches that none of us will use to search for a mortgage broker.
If a client is looking to get a mortgage, they will directly put a mortgage agent or mortgage broker in GTA or in any area, but what key words they are putting is "Pre-approval of mortgage in GTA". If you miss any of these words you can't find my website.
They promised my that they will be making you-tube video but that never happened.

In short, better to hire any professional in your own country but never hire Zoom web media. Don't trust them.
