Website. The clothes look much better on the models. And I didn't like the material. It I really thin.

Items are very cheap made. Some don't even look like what is pictured. I ordered a pair of Khaki boots and when they came in they were PINK. Wont order from them again.

My order came in a timely manner. I am happy with the things I ordered. And the shipping was cheaper than the first time I ordered from them.

I had a hard time finding the sweatshirts I originally wanted to buy, it took so long to find the sweatshirt I wanted going through the website, I had to continually start over every time I wanted to view an item, it was so frustrating, took over an hour, then when I received the hooded sweatshirt, it was thin silky, not sweatshirt material, miss represented, to much trouble.

Cute designs. But not sure of sizes yet. Still edit after it arrives.

Order later size for sweater because I wanted loose fit over clothes. It's about what i pictured.

Took a while for it to be delivered. Certainly not unreasonable. We are spoiled, I think, to the "next day" delivery syndrome.

Felt company tried their best to make things right. Can't rate the products yet, because I haven't received them.

Love the clothes, pretty good quality, prices great, but shipping is maybe too high which brings the price up so much that it's not a good deal.

Great price but Christmas sweaters should have red and not dark orange coloring. Also, size Medium was actually an Extra Large on me.

Love your products, I have 4 daughters and granddaughters as well. I love your clothes!

Shipping is very high for an online order.
"Practical" & a joke!

I received items sporadically; the leggings were ok but the shoes were plastic. Not good quality at all. The second shipment was really, really late and the quality of the shirt was not good. I requested a return for two products - one for the shoes and for the one that came 2 weeks late (was a Christmas shirt that arrived on New Years). I never got an email reply for the first return request. Had to "Live Chat" then I received an email the next day - but it was a "return label only" to China and that I was responsible for the shipping. After many attempts, I did finally receive a nice email and an offer of a 40% refund and I could keep the items. At least it was something positive which was appreciated.

Still waiting on two items after a month from order date they tell me wait no refund me my money. Think before you use this company they steal your money and dont deliver.

Shipping costs should be reduced. I know it doesn't cost 30 bucks to ship a few pieces of clothing!

Some items were the wrong size.Sure didn't match the size from other manufacturers!

Received only part of our order. Were told they did not know when the balance would be available.
Cancelled the balance of our order. Will not order from the site again.
