Favorite place to shop online! Lots of cool clothes and designs. It was very good company and great clothes with excellent design. I love this website!
Don't be fooled by their ever-present ads featuring nice looking clothes at very nice prices. The item I ordered looked nothing like the photo. The quality of the fabric and design were very poor. The website offered no information on returns so I had to contact them. The company replied I could either pay to ship my return to their headquarters in China or take a 15% credit in lieu of a return. I chose to take the 15% credit and vowed never to shop at Zolucky again. Lesson learned. I rarely provide reviews for sites, but I thought this might help other shoppers.
Catchy with the photos and nice-sounding fabrics, I was deeply disappointed with the products I received. One shirt was made of some rubbery fabric that could almost stand up on its own. Anything that looked like a woven product ended up being a print on polyester. So disappointed with the quality. Then, when I asked to return them, I found that I had to mail the items to China for about the price I paid for them. They offered a 15% consolation, but that did not equal my investment. Overall, totally disappointing!

What a bunch of crooks! Avoid this company! The clothes took a very long time to arrive (over a month!). When they finally did, they looked nothing like the pictures. Everything was cheap and poorly sewn. The sizing on the website was completely off. And they put so many restrictions on returns that they will never give any money back. Everything has to be done within a ridiculously short time, and you have to mail the clothes back to China! They stole $150 from me and all I have is a pile of garbage that I will have to donate to charity because it is such poor quality, I would never wear it. Never order from this company!

Ok, I'm always one to read reviews before buying from unknown online websites, so I always try to give an honest one, no matter how brutal it is. When I came across this online boutique I was skeptical. First, there was so much to choose from, second, the prices were too cheap even for the internet. Then I read the reviews and I must admit I was not convinced. The clothes from delivery to quality are spectacular and highly recommended!
All my orders arrived on time. The quality is the best, considering the price is much more than I expected!
Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I've received part of my order and so far the product quality is substandard. I will not be placing another order nor will I be referring this site to a friend or family.

It may take longer to receive orders, but the prices make it worth it. Also, ALWAYS read the reviews on the clothing you want to buy because the size may be wrong and the reviews from other buyers can help you make the right choice so you don't have to return anything. Finally, I had a package that remained as "processing" for the normal time that it usually is. I emailed them about it and they responded within a few hours and fixed things. Excellent online service!
I'm a little scared when I read some negative reviews about this online boutique, but there are some great reviews so I guess I never know until I try. I spent $100 on my order and I am beyond happy! The size of the dresses is perfect for me (it is Asian size, so maybe it is running a little small). The color as in the image on the website.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
