I have commissioned a lot from this website during the year and am very satisfied. If you pay attention to size and customer reviews, it is easier to buy and get what fits. The quality is excellent for the price. The Style Gallery is also a fun way to shop because you can see how it looks on different people. Returns are easy, especially through PayPal! Customer service is also helpful if you need it, you usually get a response within a few hours. At first I was hesitant, but after the first couple of orders, now I do.

I ordered 3 sweaters from ZOLUCKY. I have received only 2, and both were of really cheap quality, did not look anything like the photos. They both arrived 2 weeks apart from each other, and according to their refund policy you must pay for shipping to CHINA so it isn't worth it to send the items back. Especially one at a time, bc their refund policy is TWO WEEKS. Considering they both arrived two weeks apart, I'd say this is a terrible policy since I would be losing money to refund them. 2 months later, I am still waiting for the third item, which I don't want anymore based on the quality of the other two. However, they keep assuring me to "wait until their supplier has restocked the item, til it arrives, and then they will up the refund to 20% of its paid value".
Now that I know how sleazy this company is, I went back on the site and realized I overlooked some pretty important details. Haha the reviews are FAKE. The site doesn't allow users to post reviews, it's a broken link. ALL THE PHOTOS ARE PHOTOSHOPPED. Yes I feel like an idiot. I'm $80 in the hole and still waiting for one hideous sweater.
I ordered several items and discovered this is a UK company - no problem. But then I wanted to return a couple of things that just didn't work for me. Well, after I got there approval they sent me a label. Everything had to be returned to CHINA! And of course, I had to pay the postage - $28 for a package that weighed less than a pound. They sent me a note saying if I didn't want to bother with shipping to China they would give me a discount to keep the clothes. Let's see - a discount for items that did not fit!

I ordered an item on Dec 31. I received it on Jan 15. Quality was a cheap polyester and size was way off. I emailed immediately to get a return authorization and have received no response. I even tried going to their website and using customer service chat. A person responded to me and asked for my email in case our chat was lost. That was three hours ago and no response. I would not purchase from Zolucky again. Don't fall for the pictures... not the same when it arrives.

This is my only online shopping store for years! I've been ordering from them for a long time and not only do I get my package on time or earlier, but the customer service is easy and fabulous. Their size charts are very accurate and all the clothes are well made and last long. My only comment (which is not bad just to keep in mind) but if it says "super low cut" it is VERY low cut haha! Buy here, you won't regret it
The sizes are all over the board. I ordered by the sizing guide on each item, and I ordered one in Large and the rest in Extra Large. Two tops that were XL fit me perfect, three tops that were XL were WAY too tight, more of a medium size. The one I ordered in large is really a small. I will be giving all of the shirts away as gifts except for the two that fit me. Returning is just too much trouble. On the plus side, the printing on the shirts is done well, the material is nice, and the shirts look great hanging up... just not on me.

There were a few glitches in the shopping experience. Other than that I would have given five stars.
Fast delivery. I received my order in less than I expected. The price is quite cheap, but the shirts fit very well and are of excellent quality.
This page is fantastic. They are very helpful and creative. They had my order at my house in a few days, without problems, what I wanted arrived. I plan to use this website for a long time.
This is the worst product I have ever ordered. Took forever to get here. When it arrived sit was not even close to what was represented or that I imagined it was. It did not fit. Also, upon attempting to return it they would not refund the cost nor would they not pay for shipping. They only offered a 15% of the purchase price as and offer to correct the issues. I ended up throwing the item in the trash and vowing to write this review and never purchase from them again!

Excellent online store, I very rarely have problems with my order, if something happens I know they will take care of that. Shipping is fast and they have good prices.
The photo's look great, however when you get the product I was TRULY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of the fabric. A suitshirt was made of flimsy jersey material, a medium in one shirt fit okay, however a medium in the same style shirt was 2 sizes TOO SMALL. No consistency in sizing! What looked like a knit shirt turned out to be a horrible OVERSIZED jersey and the print was not consistent with what you saw on the website! RETURNS MUST BE MADE IN 15 DAYS AND YOU PAY TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA! IT WAS NOT STATED ON THE WEBSITE CHECKOUT!

Do not buy from Zolucky! I placed a large order on Oct 2,2020 which included several items and never received it. After many emails, Zolucky continues to deny responsibility and refuses to replace my order or refund my money. All I get from them is 'give us a little more time please'. I write this review on Jan 20,2021. Save yourself the headaches of dealing with an international company that takes your money and refuses any responsibility.
Update: company responded within hours of this review being posted and offered a refund but they asked that i remove the negative review first so they could be 'encouraged' to help me. I pointed out that I've asked for months and they refused so this review will stay as is until the refund posts to my account, so when can I expect the refund? On January 28 I received a reply: have you removed the negative review yet? Needless to say, I have not received my money but they want me to remove my review.

I was very excited to buy their clothes, but when it all arrived NOTHING was as depicted. Things that said cotton blend were 100% polyester. Every single item ran small. So I requested a return and refund. After 1 week I had to write again(following their protocol) and they sent me their address in Guangdong, China to return. I am responsible for shipping and customs. It was shipped to me from San Francisco. That is ridiculous.
Think twice about buying their items, they are not as shown and you really cannot return them.

The representatives of this website were kind to my questions via email and the clothes were anything but difficult to buy. This online store is what I expected in my online clothing purchase!

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
