Zoho is great for the times when you are traveling around and need access to documents and you can't bring all of your information with you. Definitely would recommend it to friends. The only downside is that it is not free. It has more features than most free word editing programs though.
I have used google docs and other free word processing software but I think zoho is by far the best out there. It is almost free to use and only costs a little bit of money yet is well worth the price of admission to this great product. No more trying to find you documents on your hard drive or worrying if you didn't save them. All stored online safe and securely.
I have used google docs for the past year as I didn't want to put MS office on my netbook when I am out on the road. It is also a great tool to organize documents and share them with other people. The problem has always been that it is not the most robust online word document editor. I heard about zoho.com and decided to try it out. OMG... this is the best suite of products ever. The only real problem is that it is still SLOW on my netbook. The price is right and pretty much you only pay for storage, which is cheap. Sure google is free, but zoho's prices are less than my starbucks monthly allotment, so it is not breaking the bank by any means. If you do any heavy duty spreadsheet work you will yearn for your desktop applications, but otherwise it really does work quite nicely. Now, if only my mobile phone would support ajax better I could do everything from my phone.
