I had placed an Order for some products on 30 may and till date items have neither been delivered nor the money has been remitted. Over that the customer care has been giving the same excuse time and again that within 72 working hours ur products will b cancelled and money refunded. I feel zivame people are just another frauds and have looted hard earned money of ours. The day is not far off when we will hear that zivame management vanished with crores of rupees. Bunch of thugs. The business is crashing and they want to become unicorns. Be aware all. Stop ordering through zivame. I feel nykaa has better customer support and credentials.

I had returned two bras more than a month ago. They have replaced 1 bra only. When I am calling their customer care they are asking me 72 hrs to check on this matter. Many 72 hours have passed but to no avail.

The staff was amazing helping with everything and customer can ask anything without any hesitation
I'm with a heavy body one and my problem is that the innerwear will not suit me and the zivame bra suited me well abd is more comfortable than any other... I'll recommend to shop at zivame store at sarath city capital mall

I ordered 8items from zivame on 15th april, which i recieved after a week, since the quality of the product was not good, i raised a. Return of 6 out of 8items,… there was a dekay of abother 8 days for return pickup,… even after the product they picked. It was still showing that it has not yet been picked,… i spoke with customer care multiple time but every time they ask me to wait for 72 hours and wastedanother 2weeks in the same… it took alomst 10-15 calls from my end to ask for the refund …
Worst quality product, pathetic service,… no update on mail or text…
Also lost of delays in everything,…

I had placed the order for 4 products. 1 product delivered and 3 pending over a month. Neither they deliver nor they are allowing me to cancel and refund the amount. Hopeless service and hopeless customer care they have. Never ever order from this site.Order date keep changing since 11th Apr no hope it will ever be delivered..

Their refund policy sucks. If you return a product the refund gets credited in the wallet and so you are forced to buy something else! Horrible policy. Please do not ever buy anything from here.

I purchased 3 products out of which she requested return of two products (due to bad quality and fitment issues). They took 1 item for return; however, the second item was never picked up for return. The return request was placed on 28th July 2022. It has been more than 1 month and the second item has not been picked up yet. Their customer service is pathetic. They flatly refused to pick up the second item for return. They do not care about customers. They have no intentions to help customers. They do not have escalation matrix. They say that they have made a note of my complaint; however, do not give ticket or complaint number. Worst they do not care about legal actions and plainly mention do whatever you can, we have our policies defined and our legal team is capable of dealing with people like you.

I will not recommend Zivame to anyone. I will initiate a complaint with the consumer court since they are not providing any resolution.

I ordered bra from zivame however it didn't fit me so I returned. I haven't get the refund yet. And it's been 2 months already. I won't recommend anyone to buy from this app.

I ordered a product and it was not delivered after a month also and after several calls for cancellation to customer care, still the issue is pending. They just fool customers. With this pathetic service it is doomed

Exchange/ refund couldn't happen as they don't show product as delivered and hence you can't place refund request. So it's clear cheating/ fraud with customers. Their executives or help is also of no use so dont waste your time, money and energy. Best to buy offline or from authenticated portals like Amazon

Products delivered are different from pics shown. Give excuse of covid guidelines for exchange with additional expenses of self courier by customer and Rs 100 extra for exchanging the product.

Now its their business they will send you the non fitted items and when customers return those items and when customer return those non fitted items, which is obvious, they will keep back those items and your money too.
Better buy from JOCKY or AMANTE, good brand and no issue of return or refund. I bought 5 items only one was returned, and the refund generated immediately after not much delay.
If you are still going to buy any item from zivame, please keep it whether you like or dislike because they never refund the amount.

Two times i have got products from zivame even after paying 2500 fitting is worst.
I have bought full coverage braw from zivame with 3 pin. It is tight under arms, after wearing for whole day, realized they are not full coverage in front. Edges(border in the front are poky) makes it visible in the front. Do not buy Tshirt bra's

I placed an order with this company. Twice they returned my half the order saying delivery problem, no refunds as cash but zcoins, second time same story. Cheaters took 20 days to deliver part of order... well what can you expect from this un "reliant" company company

I placed an order which got delivered to wrong address. I requested customer care to place return order, she mentioned it's done but it was not. Then I placed return order through app on 1st September 2021, they scheduled it on 8th September, but they have not yet picked it. I followed up with customer care couple of times but each time the response is different and generic. They are not providing any specific information as if they are trained to maintain some secrecy. In fact to hide their incompetency, they have updated in their record that the customer has requested for late pick up which I have not done. When I asked for proof when and how I requested for late pick up, they dont have any answer. They dont give you any contact details of escalation matrix too and customer care is the only option which is completely *******@Zivame, if you really care about your customers, you should have a robust customer care support. I think just like others you too have degraded your quality after gaining some popularity. Exploring some alternatives to Zivame.
