They tend to never deliver on time with no consideration to the customer at all! Its been a month since i have ordered something but it still hasn't reached my doorstep. I have made the full payment already and i cant even cancel it because they won't even return my money promptly

My sister placed 2 orders. One was delivered, the second was not. One OTP shared. On enquiry was asked to contact after 3 days. When contacted they said their record shows both delivered. Not sharing the contact number of the delivery boy to check with him and they have closed the matter. Cheaters. Cheating people and earning money.

I ordered 4 braciers in 1st week of march... Out of 4 I got only one...and it's been now more than 2 months... every time they are asking me for 72 hours we will get back to you...no one gets back to me... it's too much time consuming and not worth it... please don't buy anything from zivame...

We have been customers of Zivame since more than a decade. During this time, we have time and again faced problems of substandard customer service, order not fully delivered, delays in pickups,mysterious auto cancellations of requested return pick-ups, non honouring the discount codes given for special occassions despite more than 1.5 years of back and forth communication with their team, for 18 months the response was 'there was a technical error, which we are trying to fix', non posting of negative product reviews, etc. etc. Basically the company refuses to accept any responsibility if the package has a product missing, even if the package is torn. The customer service team is inadequately trained, and despite repeated requests, refuses to connect to senior agents. Very disappointing service overall for a millenial company. They have a range of products, but while you buy these products, you are guaranteed to lose your hair in frustration as there is zero accountability towards the customer.

Worst company ever, will not provide a product. Never ever buy they will take money and not give you product

Refund amount for one product is not credited to my account and for other product order expected date is getting delayed day be day. While speaking to one of the customer service person Priyanka, she dint give a proper response and disconnected the call. Very poor and lethargic customer service.

Very bad service. No delivery on time and later cancelled the order saying 3 different reasons. When asked for refund replied refund done but not received till now.

I have ordered on 10 th of august 2023 and they have not delivered products nd showing that product is delivered but how can be a prepaid order be delivered without otp. I have contacted them for atleast 30 times and everytime their new executive is on the line nd they tell me to wait for 48 or 72 hrs and our concerned department is working on it. They are such a big scammers and they are not at all responding on this matter and also I have mailed them so many times. They are not accepting that without giving otp how they can deliver my product. They are very unprofessional and rude. Really very bad experience with them and I will never recommend anyone to buy from this website And none of their supervisors have called me regarding this matter.And no coins have been transferred in my account tooo..

It's really Worst Service I never thought I experience such bad support from zivame I place return request on the same day when I received product but the person come after 1 week to collect the order he collected on 4th sep and now today is 23rd sep till date my money is not return as so called zivame Zcoins. So many followup done every time new member chat and email wait for 48hrs wait for 78hrs it's app issue, don't which kind of application issue they are facing which is not resolve till date you guys just playing with customer tell me how many days more you guys required to just add zcoins realy bad service, suggest to all women don't shop from zivame

I have placed an order on August 30th 2023, some product they delivered. And one product they didn't deliver till date. If i reach support just they say sorry for the inconvenience we will add the amount to zivame coins. Who needs this guys coin. This guys are thief, they dont bother about customers just they want money. If there's negative review then i will give -100.

When I initially placed the order, there was no mention of the requirement to self-ship the items in case of a return. However, upon deciding to return the products, I noticed that the instructions stated I needed to self-ship them. Although, this is not convenient for me, I went ahead and couriered the items as instructed by paying my own money for courier charges. It's been more than 30days since i couriered the items and I posted nearly 15emails still I am receiving the same email please wait for 24hrs, 48hrs,...like that. They are making the customer fool.

Even the international courier will get reached by this time, this is just from Chennai to Bangalore.

I have valid e gift vouchers which company discarded from their end and now they are delaying in providing the new coupons code instead.

The most useless brand that I have come across. I bought online 3 products on August 1,2023. August 4,2023 they got delivered. Same time I raised a return request as products didn't fit me. It's September 5,2023 today and I have made innumerable calls to customer care for the pick up and refund. Everytime they tell me the system cancelled the request and it has to be reraised. I need to understand WHO canceled the requests? The system? Who is responsible? They are a bunch of liars who talk about easy online purchase, exchange or refund. It's been frustrating taking to these customer care who have no care for customers. "it will take 7-8 working days" all they know to say. As if reading from a list of things to say. They have no idea how to resolve an issue. If you want peace of mind don't buy from Zivame! Their online shopping is horrendous.
And I am surprised no one is even reviewing the many phone calls I have already made.
It's not about 1600/- rupeess. It won't make me rich but the casual attitude towards not returning what is not yours. What you claim and cheat your customers. It's a question about your integrity.

I ordered a few bras, I returned as those did not fit me well, after return I did not receive the cash back to my account.
Also I raised the request to zcoins to cash, on very next day those are removed from account. And I did not receive money in any of account. I raised request regarding this no response from support team. This happened 3 times, so I stopped buying from zivame App. They are just making frauds. Make sure whenever you return the stuffs. Check the whether you received the ammount or not.

Zivame is worst app for shopping. If your order is paid then they are taking more then a month to deliver your products. And if you will cancel the order they will not return any form of cash rather they will provide you zcoins which is useless of your money. Never shop from zivame if you love your money and don't want to waste it. I would have given 0 rating if possible.

I placed an order for leggings for L size, when i received it was tight so i placed order for exchange for XL. I n the exchange I received small size. I placed order for return and spoke to customer care who told they wont repeat it. So I placed a new order for XL size and this incompetent company has again sent me Small (S). Attached images, will never ever shop with Zivame again. This is high level incompetence.

Pathetic customer care service I have ever seen, they are not at all interested to talk to you on mail...all time they replied after 3-4 days
