My CSR was awesome! She answered my questions and did a great job. Great Customer Service. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and speed of my csr.

I had a great experience using their online chat help. Tatiana was very quick and responsive to my needs about adding deal breaker questions to my job posting. She even offered a YouTube tutorial for future reference!

Tatianna was extremely quick to respond and helpful in my request. I was quite pleased with the experience and she was able to answer my questions and offer a suggestion.

Shawana help me out greatly with solving this issue that I have been dealing with issue I also talked to Morgan and she was trying to help solve this issue also but shawana got me the link I needed Hats off to both of those girls

I contacted Ziprecruiter, through the live chat, and I wanted to know a little bit more about the TrafficBoost and I was helped by Alexis and she was amazing and very informative about the products Ziprecrutier offered and what specifics came with my package.

I ran into an issue on the website while attempting to change the main user email address on the account. I reached Robi on the online chat feature and he was able to fix it within minutes. Incredibly helpful!

Spoke to Stacia McKinnie who assisted me greatly with reactivating two job positions. She was very knowledgeable and led me through the process quickly and offered some tips on screening applicants.

Randy was a great help. I was having issues with sending an email to set up an interview. While it was an easy solution Randy knew exactly how to fix my issue and the problem was resolved.

Misleading ad radio says 30 day free trial. Email says 4 days. Also hard to enter password. Had to call to sign up

I had a question about my recent job posting and got some great tips from Randy! He was very helpful and had some awesome ideas about how to increase interest in my job posting and how to draw quality applicants. He was very knowledgeable about the system and it's many great functions!

Randy was excellent... very patient and very helpful... He talked with me for a long time and was very through with all of his answers

I clicked on the live chat button and Shawana was able to walk and talk me through the questions and issues I was having. She was very helpful and persisted until we figured it out.

No long wait to be connected to someone to get the assistance I needed. Clicked the chat box, answered a few questions and then Randy started the chat right away. He answered my questions and followed up to be sure I got what I needed.
