Tonya was very helpful in getting our account straight. We were having challenge signing on and Tonya walked me through and made thing so easy! She was very nice and extremely professional.

Robi C was able to help me figure out where an applicant went and how to see "hidden" candidates. Which was very helpful for what I needed to accomplish in my search today.

Just completed a Support chat with Rebecca regarding how to repost an aged job. She was super quick to respond and give me the simple steps for doing this. Great customer service!

I just paid them $200 - then wasted over 2 hours setting up the account and writing the perfect job posting. As soon as I submitted, it went through 3 successful upload stages only to take me to an error page telling me I was unauthorized to view whatever landing page they took me to. And then to find out my job post was lost. They said, "Sorry, you need to write it again".

Shawana was great. I had a billing issue that Shawana Stuller was able to fix within 2 minutes by clicking the live chat feature. She was very nice and made sure I understood what was going on with my account. I could not have asked for a better experience and I was able to post my job and get qualified candidates without delay. Zip Recruiter has been one of the easiest sites to use for recruitment for my company.
