I can't reach anyone to send back a camera (nanny) for my money back. The image is so bad it couldnt be used to identify my family member who was actually on the camera standing beside me, it looked light the sign off screen of early tv of years ago, streaked colors. We had to laugh, if my elderly family member was being mugged it would look like a light show of fabulous colors. No good for anything!
I too, don't like posting negatives, but. I spent a lot of money to protect my loved one, I still don't have the cam, and I cant get the issues with the camera fixed. Ughhhhh and Yuuuuck

I bought a product from them and wasn't satified. I returned it for an exchange and I have't heard from them since! I have called and stayed on hold for at least an hour and then was hung up on. Talked to no one, only heard music. I have emailed a person that emailed me about my 1st product asking about how it worked but I told him I was sending it back for an exchange for another product and have since emailed him back about 3 times and still no response. I emailed there sales team, customer service & their contact us email but still no reponse after about 3 weeks! They have my money so they are happy i am guessing but looks like they aren't concerned about satisfying their customer! Sad!

I am a police officer. I recieved my pair of sunglasses about a month ago but they didn't fit, so I have been trying for a month to get someone to call me back. I have left a voicemail, several Facebook messages, and 3 emails to support. They simply won't help. I'm past my 30 return policy period, and honestly, it was worth the loss of $200 to know better next time. I cannot remember ever writing a negative review, but I felt this was necessary to prevent other victims. Zetronix, you suck!
Don't buy from this company. My Item never worked properly and I sent emails and left phone messages but I did not receive any reply. Don't buy unless you're willing to be stuck with an item that might not work.
I ordered a pair of surveillance glasses on the fifth and received an email telling me that they would send me a tracking number as soon as it shipped, and now it has been 10 days and no email. If you call Any of the customer service numbers it's basically the same guy saying leave a message, feels like it's some dudes apartment. Of course I've received no return call or update. Literally a 30 second call or take the time to write a fast email to explain what the current situation would have worked. So if my glasses come in and have any issues I know that I'll be screwed regarding customer service. Even if I love them and they work amazingly I'll probably never use the site again. Probably gonna call my credit card and dispute the charges if I don't hear anything in a few days.
I ordered one item from them and it was shipped quickly and worked well. I thought I'd buy more. Ordered another item and they sent the wrong kind. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone, do live chat, or return a message. All I want to do is return their error and get what I actually ordered. It's like they left the planet! Extremely frustrating and disrespectful from a customer's standpoint.
I purchased a product and returned it. I needed to turn in a receipt for the return but Zetronix won't give us one. I emailed them and Jesse W reply's that he does not understand. I don't know how else to explain we need a receipt for the return. Very simple but Jesse W acts like he does not know what a return receipt is. He just quit responding. Customer service is very poor. On a scale of 1-10 the are a ZERO.
When I ordered it didn't look like it took and I clicked again, apparently I order twice. I received clock plugged it in set it. It wouldn't stay connected to my wifi. I woke up at 3:30am and the whole thing was hot. I immediately unplugged it. When it cooled down it wouldn't turn on. I pushed button on back and reset. I set it down and after a little while I started hearing a hissing sound coming from it and unplugged and it then stopped working. RETURNING
These guys are awesome. Great service and go over and above to assure a great consumer experience. I'm buying my next camera from them!
I have spend 3 weeks of my time trying to get this company to respond to me. They sent me an order I did not want and now they want to charge 15% restocking fee. Would love to charge THEM for all the time I spend asking questions and getting NO RESPONSE. Products will be obsolete when 5G hits. Requests a return authorization but no one will answer the phone.
Company is horrible. Returned 2 products weather station, create your own) under warranty. Wont return calls, emails, my products, or my money. I've given up on the idea of getting my money back as it's been 2 months. Now just trying to save as many others as possible from same experience by reviewing company on as many sights as possible. Horrible company.
I bought dash camera from ztronix a few weeks ago. It is worked only a few hours and after registration is stopped to function. I tried everything and even I had bought a few different memory cards but without success. Finally I realized that he was a product of very BAD quality and I understood that I threw $ 150 in the trash. I had no choice to leave my comment here, I had to check a star otherwise it will -5
I purchased a blue tooth nanny cam speaker. The video is good except in night mode. Visibility in IR mode is very limited. When I tried to connect my iphone via Bluetooth, I could not get any connection. I have reset the speaker numerous times and it still would not connect. Customer services is nonexistent, I have called and been on hold with no response. I have emailed tech support with no response. If you buy this product good luck, you can get same results at a much cheaper price and check to see if there is any valid tech support.

I purchased the audio video security pen. It did not come with correct instruction sheet. Took over a week to get some instructions thru email. Their email contact efficiency is not good. Too long between emails. I requested a refund for product due to direction sheet for operation of pen was not done properly or complete. No diagram for operating parts of product. After 5 weeks I still do not have refund for product. They have product. I sent back and returned thru mail. Their address and my return address were very clear on package. They won't tell me if they have received package. They have not refunded yet. Over $100 Canadian. They do not communicate thru email. I have sent 3 emails over 1 1/2 weeks and no response. I would suggest to myself that they have no intentions of refunding money paid for product but they are not going to tell me that. Their integrity is terrible. So how do I get my $100 Canadian funds back? Done thru credit card. They keep the returned product and the money and I get nothing. Their email communication is uncaring. I am George. I am in British Columbia Canada.
Be careful they offer in the website one amount of labels for the water bottle Neptune but when you get the product is only half.
