I mailed (at my cost) a non-functioning spy pen over six weeks ago. Contacting their customer service phone number for follow-up is useless; I received the classic "mailbox is full" recording. Of course, there are no replies to my emails either.
I got the sun glasses i ordered just, now after a couple of weeks I am having some issues so I attempted... repeatedly to contact them. They do not answer their phones and now the phones are no longer in service. So I am stuck with a product I can not use. They are simply thieves. Take your money then disappear. I hope they are arrested soon.

Don't buy their product. It is probably something simple I need help with, but nothing from them.
I have tried to reach the sales and Tech Support via phone, email, and nothing but CRICKETS! I bought a Frame Camera which had a faulty lens. Two months later, I received an RMA and when I finally got a replacement it had the same faulty lens. I think they just repacked and sent back the same SH@@!
Received faulty merchandise. Initially was able to email company and get a response. I returned item and have gotten no satisfaction. All calls are unanswered; emails are ignored. I have filed with BBB. Horrible that a company is allowed to do this and keep a customer's money.

My package is a week late, still not here and i paid $19.99 for 2 day shipping. I called to ask them to refund my 2 day shiping fee and left a voicemail. Nobody ever answers and nobody get back with you. Think twice before you order anything from this people. They are not serios and based on all the reviews they have on BBB they fail as a business. If i knew this before i gave them my money i would've never even go to check their website.
Bought a camera... emailed the company for a little guidance setting it up because the print is way to small for directions... they never answered my 25 emails to them so the item is still in the box. A year later. I bought blink and I'm very happy. Do yourself a favor do not purchase from this guy... he leaves you hanging.

I bought a clock with a hidden/surveillance camera. It was retail over 250 but on sale for 169. It was very discreet and exactly what I needed. Worked once with an SD card. Their customer service was non existant via phone. But they did return my email. They claimed the SD card was too big. I did my research and disagreed, but bought a smaller one. Didn't work for a few days and then it worked once. Stopped again. They sent me a 2nd, and the same thing happened. But from then on, absolutely NO response. I also asked that they refund me the $50. Difference since it was now reduced to $119. No response. Oh, and the clock is super cheaply made.
Try calling them for over six months the last several days I called 6 more times and again no answer. I left messages with them. I will go on line and destroy this $#*!ty company. I did not buy anything from them and look how they treat me and others who ask about their products. Zetronix want you to buy their crap and not fix any problems. Do not ever deal with this $#*!ty company. Today I was on the phone waiting for 24 minutes and was hung up on I then call back that was for 19 minutes and no answer I called this third time still on hold. Call these idiots first and if they do not answer within a time frame do not bother with them because if they can do thus and you not bought from them just think how they will treat you after a purchase.
Very cheap equipment that didn't work right. Sent equipment back & never received my money back or any kind of credit. This company is a scam, stay away..
Sent an email a week ago still haven't heard back. Placed an order about 2 weeks ago but have not received an email to see if has been shipped yet. Wanted a tracking number if it had been shipped so I assume they have not shipped it. 2 weeks and still not shipped!
Nanny cam clock. Worked well for 6 months. APP no longer connects remotely. I can only use when connected to house wifi. Totally useless for monitoring house when out of town
Even though the product had every feature I wanted, I wasn't able to set it up despite following the steps to the letter, and I was never able to contact anyone for support, which apparently is a common problem. The hassle isn't worth it.
The first initial problem with Zetronix was my wife ordered the 4 Orca recording sunglasses and 4 transitional lenses for $799.94. We messaged the online chat and they said the order was cancelled. Our bank had declined the first charge but proccessed the second. We still did not get our money back which means the order was not cancelled. We did not recieve the items. Seeing how we assumed that the bank was the problem we were told to reorder and we did so on a different card. We ordered a total of $839.89 of the same order and for some reason we got charged more and the order wasnt correct it only said 1 transitional lens was ordered. At this point we ordered 3 more and tried to get a hold of customer service again to make sure that the overnight shipping could still apply to the second purchase we had to make due to an online error. We ordered overnight shipping and it has been over 2 days since. We have called, left emails, and tried to use the online chat, but this time it says their arent any agents available and when we can it goes directly to voicemail. They are blocking our calls somehow and refusing to respond! Now they have a total of $1,639.83 of our money that they refuse to refund or send the products ordered!
I bought two smoke alarm cameras in April of 2020. They were suppose to be "HD" quality video with microphone so you could hear conversations. I tried both smoke detectors and they were garbage; poor video and even worse sound. I tried numerous emails and calls (they never answer the damn phone) to get refund and nothing. I ended up filing a fraud complaint with CC company. Dealing with that still. DONT buying anything from these crooks.
