Very dissatisfied with 2 items I ordered. Very poor quaility for a high price. I want to retuen but need a RMA number. No replies to my emails and call center is closed.
Tried to get this custom bowl made two weeks ago and i get a email three days later saying i broke some copyright thing... so then i paid for extra shipping fees so it would be here on time and still no sight of it. I have called, wrote emails and no response. All it has said for the last two weeks is that my order is being processed and not even shipped yet!

I honestly LOVED what I received about a week ago. I made a card for MY anniversary and it was well over what I expected. I noticed that I placed my order on the 17th and it didn't get processed until the 19, Luckily, I received it on the 20th. The shipping and processing is SLOW but the quality of the work is good on the card. As far as other things, such as the Clutch and a notebook and pillows, I just placed an order yesterday and it was a faster process with this order, the little things were processed but I still have to wait for the other BIG orders. Other than that I'm satisfied. Thanks!

If I could give "no stars", I would! I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with this company. Their so called customer service department is non existent. I ordered a very important Christmas gift for my son on 12/8 and was supposed to receive it within 4-7 business days. It still hasn't even shipped and its 12/24! After numerous emails with no response and hours upon hours on hold, with no answer, I am beyond disgusted. Thanks Zazzle for the worst online purchase experience I have ever received. And thanks for not sending the present that my 7 year old was wanting the most. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and filing fraudulent charges with my credit card company since of course you charged my card right away for a product that was never received.

Ordered on 12/12. They claim it was shipped on 12/16. Tracking shows UPS picked it up on 12/17 and delivered it to the USPS on 12/20. However, the USPS shows they got electronic notice that a package was coming but that it was never received. UPS states they are simply the packing vendor but Zazzle uses USPS for the actual shipping so they can't help. USPS says they don't have the package so they can't help. Zazzle customer service does not exist. Period. I have held for long periods but could not reach a human. This morning they have a recording stating they are now closed for the holidays and won't reopen until Jan 2. This company is a scam. I have notified my credit card company to stop payment. I am also filing complaint with the BBB and the FTC for fraudulent business practices. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Fantastic shopping experience. Everything was perfect.
Absolutely horrible. Ordered on the 15th, and paid for express delivery. Order is still 'processing'. 8 days to do a basic logo on a couple of mugs... emailed to so called Customer Service and didn't get any sort of response.
So now I print a picture of the items and offer apologies as to why there is no actual gift.
Too bad I don't have anything to rate the actual product. But hey, the pictures are really nice looking.
Will give until end of year for receipt or I will return regardless of quality. Total fail to meet any expectations at this point. Again, 8 days and still not even shipped.
As others have said, customer service is non-existent unless you count the absolute rhetoric they post as replies.
Only plus side is I used CC for payment and can dispute the charges.

THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM ZAZZLE!
I ordered a laptop bag on 12/8/14, saw it took 10 days for production & paid for premium shipping. I even sent an email inquiry to make sure it would be on time for the holiday & got a automated email message (no human obviously read it). Now the on duty supervisor Miriam tells me that it was really 7 to 21 BUSINESS days for production and that they only work Monday - Friday. They also didn't ship it premium and I have no Christmas gift for my sister's fiancee. Big offer was to refund shipping - thanks a lot & Merry Christmas Zazzle. My last order with you.

Really wish I had seen these reviews before ordering anything. I ordered my gift on November 14 and it is now December 23 and it hasn't arrived. I've tried emailing and calling and no response. I'll chalk this up to $20 lost.

I ordered wedding invitations and spent a lot of money on them. I ordered the wedding invitation in a linen pearl material, the RSVP card in a linen pearl, and believed to had order the reception card in a linen pearl material. When I got my packages the Reception card was just in a standard linen card and looks very different from the other two parts of wedding bundle (standard invite and RSVP card). I called the company and was placed on hold for over 40 minutes, I was told it was my fault for ordering incorrectly and I would have to reorder. I then, attempted to order NEW Reception cards in the "linen pearl" like the other TWO cards I purchased, I had to call again because it was NOT listed on the website. I was placed on HOLD for another 40 minutes where they could not resolve the issue and I was told I would receive an email from them. I received an email shortly after that the "paper had been discontinued and there was nothing they could do"?! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now, my wedding invitations do not match, nor did they offer any help or a solution at all. They could not even point me in the right direction for help, like I different paper type that is similar?!?! On top of all of that, I order table cards the matched my invites, I order 25 table number (aka table 1, table 2, all they way to table 25.) I receive TWO sets of a quantity of 25 but all of them were Table 12. Again they told me that was somehow MY fault and you have to individually add it in 25 times. The website NEVER once explained that and again they were NO help at all. This company is horrible and have tried to ruin what should be a very happy experience!

During that review, unfortunately it appears the paper type that you ordered for your invitations and RSVP cards has been discontinued and we will no longer carry that paper type. You are certainly more than welcomed to return any items you don't want per Zazzle's return policy. You also mentioned the table cards. For the table cards, they do have to be numbered individually so that you receive the numbers you want. We currently do not have an option that would automatically number the cards for you. We apologize if you were not aware of this. We show that you were able to place a new order for the correct numbered table cards. Don't order from this site! I ordered an adult med Tshirt as a Christmas gift, got what appears to be a child's med Tshirt. The only way to process a return is to fill out a form to request a return ID. Sent that email 4 days ago, still waiting for a response, yet I have received at least 5 other emails from them with promotional offers to buy more stuff. Tried customer service line... waited 35 minutes to talk to a less than helpful representative that said those shirts run extremely small, but since the shirt is not defective, we cannot refund the shirt and shipping costs. But I get to keep the shirt that noone will fit in... Guess I will put it in a goodwill box.

Order # **************190 (placed on 11/11/14) is still totally screwed up. No one seems to be interested in responding to my inquiries or emails. Half my order was originally missing. Half of what was received was broken. I contacted Zazzle and they said they would reprocess the missing items and replace the broken ones. I was assured my items would be delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. Today I received, not just the replacement for the broken item, but a reship of what I originally received. I am STILL missing the other half of my order. When I called, I spoke to a girl who insisted it was delivered, asked me who my "normal UPS guy" was (seriously? Does ANYone have one of those in a residential area?), suggested an alternate address to ship to (because I have two homes in the area and just bounce between locations for fun, apparently), and refused to connect me to a supervisor. She has promised my missing items by the 24th which is cutting it close and requiring me to go out of my way to pick it up ON CHRISTMAS EVE if it even delivers on time. If it does not, I will want a refund of my money. If it does, it will not stop me from NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! This is the first thing I ordered for Christmas and the one I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED and it's been FORTY ONE DAYS since my order was placed.

I ordered a phone case on a tuesday and did not get it until two fridays later. Meanwhile, I received all of my shipments from other websites so there really isn't an excuse. The phone case looked really pretty online. When I got it the print was TERRIBLE QUALITY. You could see the pixels from printing on the case. I have emailed them twice waiting for a return number and still on hold on the phone. Never ordering from here again and never recommending.

I ordered a simple custom printed envelope 6 days ago. YES a simple envelope. This time has been " processing" for 6 days. I have emailed customer support and no response. Spent 42 minutes on hold last week trying to reach someone... ZERO. On Hold now today for 17 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Now that it's 3 days to Christmas it looks like my item will not be received. I am starting to think this company is not real. Worst customer service, response I have had with a company this year.

Do not order from them! I purchased christmas cards from them, because they had a great deal. However, I paid for 2 day shipping and didn't receive them for 9 business days! Also, the picture on the card is much darker than the one I submitted! I contacted customer service multiple times and still have had no response! I also received one less envelope than I did card! I used this company last year and that's why I chose to use them this year again, but after this. I would never recommend them or use them again. I am completely disgusted with my service. This isn't even something I can return in time, because I wanted them out for Christmas. I didn't even get them in time for them to be in people's mailboxes by Christmas, because it took so long for them to ship it.
1 star is too much to give them.

Ordered labels Nov 28. It's been 3 and a half weeks and still not here. Site says it shipped 3 weeks ago. Called 10+ times and emailed about 4 or 5 times. No response. Horrible customer service. Just pay a few cents more and save yourself the headache.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
