I purchased a rather large customized welcome sign with my daughter's photograph on it for her graduation party. The product came very quickly and it was as described. I picked the large size so the photograph was a little bit blurry, but I was warned of that during the ordering process. My only complaint is that I paid a significant amount extra for a so-called easel and all I got was a cardboard wing in the back of the sign that I could fold out to place it on a table. This was not shown or described on the site but the price was enough that I automatically assumed it was some sort of little metal easel to display the sign. What a disappointment and a waste of money. I mean, it was like an extra $20 or so. I ended up buying that little metal easel on Amazon for $12. This issue certainly tainted my buying experience.
