The entire process was great! Easy to customize, and download photos. Turnaround time was quick with on time delivery.
I felt the site was very easy to use and was very happy with the product, but i feel the site was misleading concerning lead time. Needed my item sooner rather than later and was upset that it cost me way too much for express shipping. I think using USPS priority mail would have cost 1/3 of the price i paid for shipping and i would have received my product just as quickly!
