In the picture of my card online, it had pearls, metallic studs, and other decor which look, in the online pic, like the Hallmark Signature Cards -with little plastic accessories glued on. However, it's just a flat card w pictures of pearls, lace, trimming, etc. I knew the pearls and gold wouldnt be actual precious metals,... but I expected plastic replicas of pearls, lace, etc. I wouldn't have paid that much if I'd known it was just a flat card /picture s 3D/pop-up. They are beautiful flat Cards, but they should be cheaper -since you pay almost $10 for shipping, and have to wait a week for delivery. I could've done same-day pick-up personalized flat cards via Walgreens for cheaper price.
The invitations were beautiful and we've received several compliments on them.

Took a little pre-Zazzle edit work to get the photo how it would look good printed because in Zazzle editing was fairly rudimentary but very much worth it, great printing with exactly what was uploaded on the website.
Items printed had a white stripe down the side and I had to take a marker and color it in on EVERY invitation.

The selection of invitations was amazing. I was so happy to find what I was looking for. Everything was easy as far as putting in my information. The shipping was super quick! I received them 2 days before they said they would arrive.
My cards came quickly. And I absolutely love them. They turned out perfect!
Quick and easy to load a logo and design a custom label! I liked the options for templates. Also, I tried a few companies and had trouble putting the information on the space provided. Also, Zazzle pricing is realistic for a new and very budget conscious small business owner.

Love our new business cards! We've ordered a few from different sites but these ones are by far the best ones we've ordered. We even placed another order right after because we liked them so much!

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
