Honestly i love the clothes at Zara
But always have a problem with the lady who works in the Zara carrefour laval in dressing room she is old lady and really slow,rude and impolite
She insulted me several times because I asked her check the fitting room maybe you find a space….
And I complain the manager but it didn't make any difference and this made me Unfortunately can't go to Zara Carrefour laval and bad things is that it's not just me most of my friends also too
I am visiting India from US. I had recieved zara dresses as gift which did not fit me. I went to zara store to exchange it but they refused as per their policy I did not have physical receipt even though tags were intact on dresses. I requested them and reached out to customer care for making exception as I am tourist here and going back home in 2 days. There was no way I could get the receipt. After multiple requests they did not cooperate. I just wanted to exchange the dresses as it did not make sense to carry it so far when they are no use to me. I don't know anyone here to whom I can give the dresses. I am very disappointed with their service. I have been to zara outside India, none of them are so rigid. This is my worst experience. They can amend their policy depending upon genuinety of the case. I am just going to leave the dresses at my hotel. Never shopping in zara india for sure.
Buyers beware. During zara's sales the warehouse people take advantage of stealing products by claiming they send everything in the order. Meanwhile you receive half of the items, which were cheap. But nevertheless, they don't send you all the items. They claim their packages weigh much more than they actually do in their shipping labels. So that when you claim your missing item, the claims department denies your claim. I have to pay for an item I never received. Yes, cheap, but it was paid for. Meanwhile someone in their warehouses is stocking up their stolen items to sell on ebay, or some other platforms. Sick and deceitful and WRONG. Zara, do better than that.
Return policy is TERRIBLE! NON-EXISTENT! BEWARE!
Daughter purchased coat for me in NYC store - did not fit. We were only able to find return info for online purchases -- or the item can be brought back to the store for return. NO ZARA stores in our state (or even neighboring states!), so we shipped orig receipt, coat and letter explaining the refund request back to the store, via UPS which was recvd by NYC store 12/2/22.
Over TWO MONTHS later and many e-mails, online chats, phone calls from ZARA and many empty promises --- NO REFUND recvd yet.
Unless you live in a city with a ZARA store ----- DO NOT EVER MAKE A ZARA PURCHASE.
If you are going to shop at Zara, do it in person. Every online order I've placed has encountered major issues and delays, resulting in huge headaches. Their customer service is AWFUL and give you the same lines over and over without offering any actual support or helpful information. It's been 16 days and I still don't have my most recent order -- and I don't even know where it is. The tracking on it stopped updating last week. No answers from Zara.
I went to return items and was kicked out of store with mask exemption. The manager walked over and basically threatened me and i hve it on video.
Zara has got to be the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. They refused my return but started my return 30 day window the day I ordered it not the day I received it! It took several weeks to receive the order! Completely screwed me when attempting to return a Christmas gift for a family member and if I had ever known how shady they were I NEVER would had ever placed an order! Not just unfair practices but unsavory and sneaky. Stay clear.
I went to buy my son pants for his birthday just the size is small l need a bigger size l misplace my bill but it still has a tag code there they won't change it cost me 60 dollars it won't fit him it's sad it was his birthday gift! Worst customer service!
Don't buy online. They make it impossible to get a return label and then when you call and wait an hour to talk to someone, they tell you the return window has closed. Really? They go by the date that they shipped the item, not the day you receive it. So because of holiday shipping delays, my return window was like 2 days.
I love Zara but not anymore. I normally buy in store, but this time I decided to do an online order. I returned two items for the 3.95 shipping fee. The items were only tried on once. They were returned with all the tags. Zara indicated that one of the items was previously worn which it was not. I reached out to customer service, and they stood by not allowing the return and shipped it back to me. So now I'm out an extra $3.95 for the return shipping and an ugly ill fitting shirt. I will never purchase anything from Zara online again. If you are going to purchase anything from Zara I only recommend doing so in person so you can try on the items there. Very poor customer service and return/refund department! Very disappointed. I ordered 2 baby girl dresses for a gift and only one came (email said that there were 2). I've reached out to customer service 4 times already and they keep promising to have the return/refund reach out to me and no one has… it's been two months already! Disappointed!
I have very much liked Zara for their style and clothes variety, but seems like this may have just ruined it all.
Typical story of Zara: price that was labeled on merchandise was not honored by rude manager ( Berlin store) who would not give me her name and tried grabbing my phone ( see below) when i tried to video interaction I had multiple exchanges with Zara Cares until i realized i was dealing with an unhelpful BOT Zara must be the most arrogant, customer unfriendliest retail enterprise out there
The man who answers the phone is really great, very polite. He tries to help you, and is very professional. The women on website's chat are cold, and rude. I was also ignored for over 15 minutes by "Gema". She lied about my item return options, and was insanely rude. Stephanie, was equally cold, and unpleasant but less dismissive then Gema. I don't understand people who are paid to do a job, and feel they can be so unpleasant to paying clients.
Love Zara, clothing and delivery generally good. Have never returned before. However, needed to return a jumper. Code sent from zara and returned ASAP.3 weeks later no acknowledgment or refund. No reply on call, WhatsApp or Twitter. Spent 2.5 hours on chat. Sent confirmation of delivery and they still told me that hasn't been delivered to them. Will never use this company again. No interest whatsoever in customers.
Omg Zara need to care about their customers receiving their packages safely and change their current shipping company (Tforce) they never deliver to me and they say it's delivered! They are stealing my packages! I'm sick of it! I don't want refunds! I want my packages! Stop this company before they ruin business for you guys! Go view them on business bereau they have bad reviews! I won't shop with Zara until something is done! I live in a house not an apt!

I purchased a shirt from Zara in Canada. I couldn't try it on first because the change rooms were closed. I talked to the sales rep and asked what the return policy was because I would be traveling to the US where I live and she said that there would be no problems to exchange internationally. That is the main reason why I bought the shirt. Now I am trying to get a refund on the shirt because it doesn't fit and they said I could not exchange it in the US and that I would have to go to Canada to get a refund. First of all, they did not give me the right information for return policy. Second, it is very inconvenient to close change rooms at random times. When I went to the US store, the cashier told me to call customer service and that they would send me a Mail label so that I could mail it back to Canada. When I called the number customer service says that they can't do anything about it and that I should just swallow my losses. This is not how to run a business especially like Zara. Beware!
I purchased a sweater and tank top for my daughter at Christmas. I returned back to town after holiday. The sweater was delivered with a run in the front of the sweater. Customer service would not receive return due to me passing 30 day return policy. Deeply disappointed on my wasted purchase. I would not recommend ordering from Zara.com. They lost me as a client and both my daughters after this purchase.

Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
