Webchat feels like speaking with Robot, and times-out before you can get enything said. I never recieved £112 refund, but it's just not worth the bother to pursue... How frustrating...
The return policy in Zara by far is the worst I've seen to date, don't buy unless you hold that receipt for life. I just wanted to exchange they said no go home and call customer service so I did they had me on hold for a bit then asked me for my email to give me homework before they talk to you. I finished my homework got put on hold again just so you can give them answers about your transaction and to my surprise they have to email you back a yes or no for your exchange in 48 hours.
All they have to do like any other retailer is to swipe the card I used in the transaction common sense you would think, they said they are not set up for that. This is the most childish way to return something that just takes common sense on this corporation. I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to.
Returns are easy stuff this is a job.
I paid 100 $ for a pair of sneaker two months ago, It would be better if I throw my money in the garbage as the quality was awful and it was torn very quickly, even though I had not worn the shoes much.
Faulty product fell apart after a month. Reached out to Zara. Every time they asked for a picture, more information (never in one go; I'd provide them something and they wanted an additional detail). After all that now they want me to send them the product to issue a refund. So, 2 hours later for a $30 kids jacket - this has been the worst customer experience. This company is truly atrocious.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Customer service is TRASH. They are not helpful. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I called customer service about it, they told me to re-order the items and have it shipped to my address while "they look into the issue."
After they "looked into the issue" no one followed back up with me, and they would not give me the refund for the order they delivered to the wrong address. So I paid twice for the same order. I contacted my credit card company in regards to this matter, so they can stop one of the charges, and in doing this...zara blocked my credit card. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY...STRAIGHT UP TRASH! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!
I ordered a dress from Zara that arrived without a belt that should have been part of it. The dress did not fit so I returned it immediately with a note saying it was too large and arrived without the belt. They say I have worn the dress, which I have NOT, and that I should have contacted customer service to let them know there was no belt. Nowhere does it give instructions as to what to do when item arrives missing parts! Returning it promptly with a note of explanation should be enough! Called three times, one of which I was hung up on. Others say they will pass it along…then get the email saying no refund. This is ridiculous and I will never order from Zara again! Buyer beware!
I made an online purchase and unfortunately missed the return window by a few days (30 day return policy is a bit ridiculous to begin with, but that's their policy so, understood). I understand that I wouldn't get a refund due to their return policy, however the fact that they wouldn't even give me merchandise credit so I could exchange for something I'd feel happy wearing was very disappointing. The cashier told me I could call the customer service department and they would send me a return label, and that was not accurate. The person on the phone for customer service refused to put a supervisor on the phone to help mend the situation. Overall, I am very dissatisfied, and will never shop here again.
Zara's return policy is unreasonable. Charging $3.95 per return and per individual item if it's for 2-3 different orders, even if customers packaged together in one package to reduce waste and cost for Zara, will still be charged $3.95 for separate order returns. So if you return 3-4 different items from 4 different orders, you will be charged 4 times of $3.95. Which is clear attempt to profit at the expense of their customers and such unfriendly return policy. Zara clothing quality has always been hit or miss.Fabrics are so thin, color not true to what is shown online, stitching unraveling is one of my major issues with Zara clothes. The background noise on Zara's customer service phone line is always so loud that you can hear other people's conversations. Just so many things are unfriendly with this brand

Not only is the service atrocious but the Natick, MA store hasn't had dressing rooms since before the pandemic. Lines at the register run the length of the store and few people use self check out because they have returns. With no dressing rooms, the returns are through the roof.
Zara decided to ship back my returns stating they had been worn. Tried on 2 of the 8 pieces I ordered, all back in the mail 3 days after receiving. UNWORN. So basically I'm stuck with 300 dollar of stuff that doesn't fit. Don't order from them. Don't do it. I was a great customer too.
My turn in line she clearly didn't want to me at work Blk women with Tattoos all over her body and Noise piercing on the right side of nose. Motioned me to step up. I told her I'm not familiar with that type service. When she was done with my transation I told her to have a nice day and she completely ignored me. Just rude
I boughtbthese beautiful earrings that i saw being promoted on a show. The package was received quite quickly. So thought everything would be great and was excited to see the product personally. When I open the box, I was shocked to see that one of the earrings was broken. And not because it was not packaged properly. It was pretty obvious the item itself was damaged before it was put into the box. Part of the flower was incomplete and unattached from the stem. When I tried contacting shot, that was a nightmare on a iphone. The site is not compatible. And when I called in the woman, I spoke to was completely bored. It was almost like she was a robot. She kept interrupting. I explained that this was a situation where compensation for this would help as I was expected to return the product. A 25% coupon for a future purchase would be fair because it cost gas and time to return the item back to the post office. She said that somebody would contact me back. She also said that it would now take two weeks to get the new product re-ordered and sent out to me. That made no sense as the order I had just made came in a couple of days. Then I heard dead space and realized that she had just hung up on me. There was no reason as I was civil and respectful. I never did get a callback from a manager. Instead to add insult to injury, I received an email saying that they can do nothing about the long shipping for the new product replacement…
Quality control on their end as well as service is zero. Places like winners and marshals are much cheaper and you don't have to deal with incompetence. As someone who assists in running a business for over 10 years, this is not how you treat people. Zarah is extremely expensive and if you're going to pay the dollar then you should get the service..
I ordered $400 worth of merchandise which was not delivered to me and they claimed it was with nothing but a tracking number. Not signed for and no picture. I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back. Terrible customer service. This company has no integrity.
Your WhatsApp customer care is the worst in the world - so inept, incapable and unhelpful.
Your store in Westfield made an error with the sale of a dress and I've been communicating on WhatsApp for a week. I explained my complaint six times and given my address seven times in the same thread. They assured me they'll resolve in 48hrs and closed the thread without resolving three times.
The upshot is that, despite the store making the error, I need to make another two hour journey to Westfield, at my expense, to speak to the manager in person. Never heard anything so ridiculous and rude. They're alright as long as they're taking your money but absolutely useless once there is an issue.
I loved Zara until today. I was falsely accused of wearing a dress and then returning it. I called customer service and they again reiterate that I wore the dress and returned it yet in my profile it clears shows me asking for a return the same day and the next day ordering a larger size. I will NEVER shop there again.
I am standing right now in. Zara store in the Cyprus mall. I have been the recipient of very bad attitude and behavior from one of the sales representative. I noticed that I was not the only one who she treated like that during the time I was there.
The sad thing I that I like Zara Home and travel all the way from Limassol to come to Nicosia and go to my favorite store. I have done this for the past five years.
Today was just what I never would have expected. I am not sure if the lady is the Manager but she had no customer service. Rude and shouting too. If she is racist because I don't speak Greek then Zara Home has lost a customer for life.

Look, are you aware that every time we call Zara they hung up on people? I just want to know if you guys know that? After wasting out times, they hung up. Called different times, different people and different phones. Complete imbeciles. They get info wrong every time, no matter how you spell it for them. They don't speak English well either and they hung up! Their supervisors are worst. All the team doesn't care. People behind the chats are the same so that doesn't work either. I have the latest example that I took screenshots of, finally devoted to report and record this.

Everything is an issue with you, I spent thousands on working and casual clothing items and and they are the worst quality I be purchased from any stores. They break and tear in random parts and areas. Totally worst quality on the market.I can't return them because I washed them.
I purchased 2 pair of pants for my 22 year old daughter who recently started her first professional job. She told me that she would like 2 pairs of work trousers as a Christmas gift and told me the exact pair to buy as she already had a pair in size Medium. I purchased her 2 pair over the Black Friday holiday weekend online. The pants did not fit as before and we went to a retail location to exchange them for a bigger size. We were told they could not do that at the store. My daughter returned home and tried to exchange online and was told they can not help her since it was past 30 days. She litterally just wants to exchange two pairs of pants that still has the tags on them, however, we have been told that is impossible. I can't believe this the reputation they want to uphold and will NEVER buy from them again, nor will my daughter.

Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
