Had my zad900ce since January of 2017. Their is no doubt in my mind I made the right decision. I work in a studio and it's my goto acoustic. I have several others all really nice. However, the 900ce performs well for everything. It's never gone out of whack where I couldn't adjust it myself. Sounds superb mic'd and direct lined. I prefer mic'd. I have nothing negative to report after nearly 6 years. I'll report back in another 4...

I ordered a Parlor E model as a comfortable option to play at home and write on. For the price, this is an incredible guitar- I have a similarly sized model from a competitor and the Zager has a deeper, more resonant sound. Now, this IS a parlor guitar, so I'm not expecting it to be the equal of my full size acoustics, but it plays beautifully (came set up perfectly) and looks gorgeous in the gloss finish over mahogany. The included case includes a hygrometer to keep an eye on the guitar's health, and (although they haven't arrived yet) there were a bunch of extras included with the purchase. The guitar arrived safely packaged, in a timely fashion. With free return shipping - who else does that?! - I absolutely encourage you to give Zager a try next time you're looking for an acoustic. Hoping to get a larger one down the road as well, possibly the cedar topped model OM size.

I received my Zager ZAD50CE African Mahogany Full Size Acoustic Electric guitar yesterday and what a beautiful instrument it is! Being the owner of Martin, Guild, and Taylor guitars, I look forward to the enjoyment playing this new addition to my guitar tribe will bring. Kudos to the Zager guitar production family for not only the timely delivery of my splendid new guitar, but for the quick and courteous responses to my questions.

Oh my. My world has just changed. My Zager Zad80ceOM arrived today. I'm a Gibson guy, ah well, I was a Gibson guy.
I've played all kinds of guitars for 63 years now. None of them impressed me like this one. Plugged into a Fender Mustang Amp it sounds acoustic but louder. And unplugged, well, sweet heaven on earth. The action is better than the best Stratocaster I've ever played, let alone any acoustic!
Sent an email with a question and got an answer 10 minutes later. Can't talk about the hassle free returns 'cuz I'm keeping this axe forever. The product and customer service are top notch. Hassle free payment loan took 10 minutes.
Honestly I don't get paid for this review. I am just that impressed with Zager.

I received ZAD80 Acoustic guitar. Plays great with a small problem with one of the strings. After emailing Zager Guitar and replacing the strings, the problem persisted. They immediately offered to replace the guitar, which I did. The new guitar was shipped in one day, almost before i finished agreeing to the replacement. He new guitar is beautiful, plays and sounds great. Their customer service is excellent, and very responsive.
Buy one of their guitars, they stand behind their product.

My new parlor size Zager guitar is absolutely beautiful and the sound is rich, warm, and deep. A Zager guitar is in a class of its own. A true family owned business that prides itself on producing beautiful, hand crafted, custom guitars and treating its customers like family. And the cherry on top -- my guitar is signed by Denny Zager :).

There's so much more I could share -- like being able to adjust the string height/action on the guitar myself (no need for a luthier) -- but you can learn all about the Zager long standing tradition of crafting beautiful, lovely sounded guitars on their website and Youtube channel.

Can't wait till I'm ready for a full size dreadnought; already eying the Zager ZAD80 OM.

I received the guitar in only five days. It had to cross the border to Canada and clear customs or it would have been four days. The cardboard box was a little banged up but the excellent guitar case that the guitar came in is heavy duty and no wear and tear to the case or contents. When I first opened the case the first impression I had is the binding on the guitar and the beautiful inlay around the sound hole. The rest of the guitar body and neck are perfect. The strings are a little high but as the wood seasons I am told this will change and adjusting the neck will be easy with instructions and tool provided. I am playing it on my Roland cube 30 on the acoustic guitar setting. Sounds fantastic. I am a seasoned player of 50 plus years and have owned and played a lot of acoustic guitars, Fender, Godins, etc. this one has them all beat. At this price point you cannot beat this deal. Lifetime support, advice, is something no other brand is offering. Thank you Zager company and individuals for a excellent product.

I'm 64, haven't picked up a guitar in 40 years. Because of aging, I have Probly s with my hand. I review Zager guitars, Martins, Taylors etc. finally settled on a polar size African mahogany. All the shipping and questions have been 100 percent. Once I open my beautiful new case I felt 18 again. I've been back playing four months now on a old box. This Zager guitar is everything they say it is. It's beautiful, very easy to play, easy to ajust. A beautiful humidifier in hard case. Makes me look like a pro. Can't wait to show my family. It your not sure about Zager guitars, you will be when your hand touches it. Danny Texas Born
