I genuinely love the Zaful bikinis and buy all my bikinis from this website. I love shopping there as they have so many cute options and are always on trend. I have bought a lot of bikinis from them in a lot of different styles. My experience is that you should size up in most bikinis, especially the bikinis that doesn't have seamless bottoms. I always order mediums and I have not had a bad experience yet after many orders. All around, I love the website and definitely recommend ordering from them.
Hi my nickname is annieledoux1997. I ordered, on January 30,2019, eight swimsuits from Zaful. I loved my experience. The delivery was extremely fast, five days for an order from China, it's amazing! The quality and sizes were very good. For twenty-five Canadian dollars, swimsuit sets are practically donated. I will not buy, from now on, my swimsuits in a specialized shop when I can have a swimsuit of a good quality at this ridiculous price. I would give a 5\ 5 for Zaful, honestly, it's the best swimsuits at a crazy price.
Placed a order 6 weeks ago only to check to see online that my order was still "processing"- and my payment had already been accepted. I sent Zaful a message on Facebook and was informed that all of my items were not in stock and that I should wait 5-15 more business days before they could ship my order. That was enough for a first experience for me. I read enough bad reviews I knew this was going to get complicated. However, I will give them two stars because it was easy to cancel my order (As it wasn't shipped yet) and I received a full refund the next day on my credit card. I wont try ordering from them again though. Shipping time is one thing, but taking my money and taking over 6 weeks to process a order is ridiculous (it says 7-10 days to process online).
I have ordered numerous times from zaful and my experiences have been very successful. I Loved everything I received, however sometimes sizing can take a few tries to get right. The clothes are very cheap and an ok quality! I have had no issues with this company I just wish delivery didn't take so long to get to Ireland. Would definitely recommend zaful to a friend, items are as they are displayed.
This is a great bathing suit, looks just like the pictures. Colour is exactly the same as the picture. Material is great, stretchy, comfortable, not see through at all. It fits true to size, not to big or too small. Great coverage as well. Would recommend this bathing suit to my friends and family. Would for sure buy from this seller again and am going to get this bathing suit in another colour.
Zaful clothing is very trendy and cute! I genuinely enjoy shopping from this company and I want to post an honest review. I am happy with my purchases however the quality is not the best. There are often loose strings hanging from the clothing. I order size small for everything and my one suggestion would to be to lengthen the sleeves. They are always kind of short. But, I will 100% be purchasing from here again because everything is SO cute and I get compliments on EVERYTHING I buy from here!
I've been a frequent shopper with Zaful for awhile, the quality of bathing suits has definitely improved and they are some of my favs! They can run slightly small so it's a good idea to order a size up if you're on the border, definitely a size up for one piece bathing suits for the length! Any issues I've had, they've been quick to respond and help resolve. Shipping takes a little long but worth the wait!
It was my first time to order on Zaful, at first I was very undecided because I was worrying about how the items I ordered will be delivered to me. I watched numbers of their reviews on Youtube Channel and I find it not that alarming, so push that button for check out, and track my orders until its headed from other counrty to my doorstep!

This website has the cutest bathing suits that are comprised of great quality. They are very affordable and come within a timely fashion. I had a small issue with one of the suits I ordered by Zaful responded to me very quickly and offered to refund me the money.
I really loved both products I received from Zaful! The material of each swim suit I purchased was very good quality and the fit was true to size. The prices on the website are out of this world and the it didnt take too long to ship to me as well! It took about a week or so to get my items and I was constantly updated through the site where my package was so overall, I really enjoyed my experience on Zaful!
I have shopped with Zaful almost a dozen times before & have always had a pleasant experience. I don't know if something behind the scenes has changed, but on my most recent order, I purchased 26 items totaling over $300.00 on February 27th, 2019. It is now March 12,2019 & my order still says "processing". When I call Zaful customer service the reps are VERY nonchalant and honestly don't give a damn what happens to your order or your money. Each time I've called I was told that my order is "at the warehouse and will be shipped soon". It was only until TODAY 3/12/19 that I was FINALLY told my items are NOT in stock. Why didn't the website reflect this information before I purchased and why couldn't the previous customer service reps tell me this last week? The customer service rep "Joe" that I spoke with today was the WORST of all. First, he told me several items were out of stock, then he told me three. When I asked him which items were out of stock (so that I can cancel them) he was very rude and was rushing me off the phone. I had to ask hime several times to specify which items were not in stock. Finally, he told me it was 3 items, (2 skirts and a bikini) then he told me I'd be getting a refund of $99.00... I told him that amount sounds way too high for just 3 items (Correct amount would've been around $45.00) He kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to continue to hold while he, "Checked this one" (not sure what that even means) Finally, he told me my refunded amount would be $44.04. I then asked him if he could confirm which items I would be receiving he said, "All of them"... Joe refused to tell me which items I'd be receiving and I believe it is because he had no idea what he was doing, nor did he care. I am so completely blown away by carelessness I don't even know where to begin. I purchased almost 30 items so that I could review them for my YouTube channel. I promise that I will post this awful review EVERYWHERE I can. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager several times and was denied by both reps. The reps claim they have no one in leadership/management. Although the clothes are cute at best, it's NOT worth the HASSLE. Zaful has LOST A CUSTOMER.
I ordered a bathing suit on Zaful and was shocked of how great the quality is for how cheap it was. Customer service was great and sent all the order information and tracking information instantly. Bathing suit looks great and feels great. Definitely will be ordering more from them due to not only how cheap their items are but also because they are truly great quality that you wouldn't expect and they have a large variety of items you can order.
I absolutely love my recent red dress that I've received, it fits to size (and most clothes are too big for me) the material is great and their prices are cheap!
When I wore my dress out on Saturday night almost everybody was asking me where I got it from. Zaful also gives really good service.
This looks absolutely gorgeous! I ordered BLUE EYES bikini on zaful and it took about 2 weeks to reach my house. Unfortunately I had to alter my bottom a bit, cause it was slightly loose. But after that it was just a perfect fit! I love it so much! I WILL DEFINITELY BE TREATING MYSELF to another one soon.
Zaful is the only store I buy bikinis from, as I've never been disappointed in the quality and style of their swimsuits! Usually shipping is pretty quick for me, the longest time being about two weeks before my package arrived. All in all my experience shopping with them has been super!
Zaful is one of my favourite online stores, not only is it affordable but also great quality. The bikinis are a MUST buy, every piece fits so perfect and the material is so comfortable. What you see is what you get.
Sent me an new dress when old one didnt fit, and the halter top was very cute. The new dress even had a side zipper and the old one didnt which was an improvement.
My personal experience with Zaful has always been amazing. I've already ordered more than 18 items in total and I remained extremely satisfied every time. The products are exactly as pictured and the descriptions and sizing charts are always accurate. Not to mention that costumer service is amazing. I once received an item I eventually decided didn't look good on me and when i contacted them to arrange a return they told me I could keep the item and donate it and they still gave me a refund. Awesome costumer service! I can't wait to order again
