I ordered five bathing suits from this website. It took three weeks to get my order and during that three weeks, I tried tracking my order but the tracking number provided wasn't recognized. When I finally got my PARTIAL order, one of the bathing suits had a hole in it and I received a shirt instead of a bathing suit. Also, the sizing chart on their website is not accurate. If you are busty or long wasted you can forget it. I notified Zaful of this via a ticket on their website, uploaded pictures, gave descriptions and they responded to me by asking for pictures and descriptions. The phone number on their website is a Magijack number that no one ever answers. The chat function either doesn't work or goes unanswered. Yes, the items they sell are cheap but so is the customer service and quality.
I ordered a swimsuit and a cover up on June 10 with expedited shipping and it still hasn't arrived yet.

I recently ordered some items from Zaful-- I loved them and plan to order again soon! The prices are great, but that means you have to be cautious about what you buy. I steered away from items that I knew would be sheer. I bought a polyester romper, a bathing suit, and a pair of sunglasses. THE SUNGLASSES ARE TO DIE FOR. The romper and swim suit materials were great-- just not a completely perfect fit because I'm super short with a smaller waist and bigger bum (but still very wearable). For example, I'm 5'2" and 120 lbs but I should've order my one piece swim suit in a large. I think ordering for a first time somewhere is a trail run. Now that I know my sizes, I will be ordering again. Plus, shipping was not long for me like I was expecting-- I live in MI and it took about 7 business day.
Cheap and good quality clothing. Couldn't have a wider selection of cute clothes. Shipping is a little slow but not aa huge issue.
Update June 28,2016: The day after my complaint here, Zaful responded quickly and said my items were being shipped. I responded that was not acceptable because the items couldn't even be tracked and I expected a full refund. About 1 week after my complaint here, Zaful refunded my money in full. The products never did arrive. They blamed it on the shipping company.
I ordered two items six weeks ago. Nothing was ever delivered. They sent me a notification two days after I ordered saying my items were shipped and to expect delivery 8-15 business days later. Well, it's been 25 business days and over 5 weeks. Their customer support sends a canned response saying the stuff is being delivered. The tracking number has lost the item on day two of delivery over a month ago..

I ordered 2 swimsuits a month ago. 7-15 days estimated shipping. NOT! Then when you go online and try to find out where your order is, they give you the same vague answer about "verify your information and contact your local post office" I understand that they ship from overseas but they should be keeping track of their shipping in order to give customers accurate information. And the phone number they give goes to what sounds like a personal voicemail- very sketchy! I hope if I ever get my order it is at least close to what the picture looks like! I wish I had read up on the company before I spent any money there!

I ordered 2 bikinis from this website and the same day I got an email that said to partially shipped, I went on my account to see which one shipped and it showed me a picture of a bikini that I did not order. If the shipping takes as long as everyone is saying I don't want to wait all this time and end up receiving the wrong bikini
Do not get fooled by the customer service response from this website... their customer service is very active after getting a bad review on site jabber. They send you numerous emails apologizing, refunding and then asking to remove/change the review. Yes I got a refund for the bad product but that does not change the fact that you have bad products and are fooling your customers

I ordered a Bikini from Zaful over 1 month ago. Two days after placing my order I received confirmation that it has been shipped out. During the next week i tried to stay updated with the tracking information but it was not in english. The next week I decided to just google translate it but when i went to check the tracking info nothing was there and it said "tracking information has not been updated" its been a month now and it still has not updated. I had no success with the live chat either, no one ever replied. Its really unfortunate.

I saw zaful.com on pintrest and thought there was no way it was real. They have whole bikinis sets (top and bottoms or an entire one-piece) starting at $9 and I think the most expensive one I saw was for $23 or something like that. The size guides are extremely nice and all the bathing suits are made of very durable material! You definitely get the bang for you buck! I would, however, suggest only buying suits that have adjustable tops. All the bottoms and one-pieces have fit like a glove but the I can't wear two of the tops I ordered bc they don't adjust. This being said I would've paid their reasonable prices just for the bottoms.
Ordered online. Everything came in the day range they said on their website. Everything was perfect, sunglasses NOT broken, neither was lipsticks or jewelry. Couldn't be happier. Love Zaful. Definetly a place I would shop again!
I was excited to use this website as prices were so cheap! I needed the items before my holiday so paid for the steep cost of the express delivery. I have now received messages from DHL saying that my parcel is in customs but i am due to pay £18 for tax and shipping purposes! I emailed Zaful to understand why i am having to pay an extra £18 on top of my order (meaning i spent almost half of my total order on the shipping). She said it was on the website and i was competely up to me to find out how much my country would charge of (?) something you don't expect when paying such a hefty fee. She hung up on me before i could speak with her for any longer. I looked for hours on the website trying to find this and told them this needs to be a lot more clearer. The hidden fees are totally unacceptable. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 swimsuits and entered in my credit card info not once but twice. My order status says "waiting for payment" the money has been taken out of my card and the company wants me to enter in my info once again, no thank you. I tried to use there live chat which is a joke I waited for 12 minutes and got a pop up saying "chat has ended" and the chat and never even begun. I'm really questioning where my money is, never again will I shop here!

I love the different styles and trendy clothes they offered. The different swimsuits are so cute. Material is good and fits perfectly if you follow the size chart. Jewelry is great quality. I would definitely shop here again!
