I was working with them from 9-2019 till 3-2020. Once I asked for my account to be closed. The employee I was communicating with quit. So even with proof of the communications. They still demand money.

No joke, I've been painfully paying for this s#! T service for a year (170/mo) down the drain. If I could give a negative or zero stars this would be the one product in my lifetime I would score below 0
Here is how the experience started... I get a call from some smooth sales person that promised the world and my dumb a$$ fell for it. Well, actually it wasn't love at first site but I went for it hoping half of what he promised was true. As a REALTOR I can always use more clients and leads. Within the first 3 days I asked to cancel I was directed to the sales person who started cursing and we had a huge argument over the phone, than he gave me his personal number to go over additional promises which never took place. The customer service suck, every time I spoke with someone was a new employee, except for one who over promised as well. This special "agent" has been there for two years and personally promised results and handle my concerns, never did I hear back from him again. At some point some new sales person calls me to sign up for the service I'm painfully paying for.
My mistake was not checking the online reviews prior to signing up, but after I did I was shocked to find out how poor their reviews are and that's why I tried to cancel with the 3 day window.
Maybe there are few people that benefit from this but as you see the majority don't... Don't be like the other 1 STAR reviews, don't fall a victim to this company.

They have not provided an adequate product. Their customer service is trash.
Their customer service is the worst! I have been trying to cancel since January. I agreed to stay through the end of my contract despite my great disdain for this product. I was told in April that my account was canceled when my contract ended. I was just charged $450 and I have literally been begging for someone to call me. My first request was a week ago and I was told an account manager would reach out to me. Nobody had so I reached out again and I was told someone would call me the next day by 12. Due to COVID nobody answers the phone calls I have made and my last email subject was Re: I NEED ASSISTANCE | NINTH REQUEST. They told me they would honor the cancellation I made on 5.28... but that is the completely wrong date. What "Honoring" my 5.28 request means is that it will be reviewed for 30 days, and then there will be another 30 days until my last payment in JULY! I was told by Brian and Tanner that my account was canceled after my final payment. They do not want their clients to be happy they just want your money. I gave them at least 10 opportunities to redeem themselves and change their service and they failed every single time. What I want now is to stop anyone else from wasting their money. I have moved over to Agent Elite... They call me and check on me, they update when I request it, they offer me ideas, their customer service is amazing! And they are a 3rd of the cost!
Z57 is creating more problems than solving.

Z57 had my website for 10 plus years. When my email server crashed 8/1 I. Called them for help. They said they would get on it and get back to me. On 8/19. I told them to forget it and refund me for august and to cancel services. Since I had called every day only to be told they were working on it and then to be told by Yvonne. They would not do anything! I received a call from them the next day asking me to give them another opportunity they would fix it. I agree to give them one more week. Now 2 weeks later. Megan informs me there are going to do NOTHING. QUOTE. WE DONT SERVICE EZMAIL ANYMORE SO WE WILL NOT BE DOING ANYTHING! Why string me along for weeks? Poor management and sorry service. Run away from this company as fast as you can. VERY. DISHONEST

This people are professional trained scammer. They are very convincing you have great their site is and all the leads you gonna get "Bull$#*!" in the world they're better than others. And on top of that they try to even give you their "personal numbers" that in case you have an issues you can reach to them. They say don't worry you will have so much leads that you won't know what to do with. They take your money and block/ changed that " personal number " really quick and that the end of that. Poowooof your money disapeared with no leads. When you contact the new rep they even swear that they never heard of that name or number. Don't sign up if you care more about your money and I know you do more than these MONKEYS do. I was to cancel with them the same day they cleaned my account. Bank Of America is fighting for me. Hopeful they will get my money back. NO LEAD JUST TALK.

I was contacted by a sales rep that guaranteed me results and also gave his personal cell phone number in case I was unhappy, he was going to take care of me the entire time personally. A few days after giving them $368.99, the rep disappeared. His number went to an empty voicemail. I contacted their customer service about him and they said they will not speak to you after you sign up. This was their rep telling me this. I told them my website and Facebook ads were extremely messed up. Being a Realtor in Missouri, I did not need to advertise apartments in Spain. There click ads brought you no where, and the ads were so misaligned they could not be read. Once I finally spoke to some one "my account manager" I was told they were going to fix it all. A week or so later I was contacted by another rep whose job was to perfect everything. His first question was why and I not doing anything with their advertising tools. I explained nothing works. He apologized and said I would not be charged, even though I was. I called Capital One and explained the situation. They refunded my money and sent a dispute to Z57 saying they wanted their side. They never disputed the charge and Capital One received the money back. Now they are still trying to take $169.99 as a month charge even though Capital One has blocked every attempt. I received and email today saying I was going to be sent to a collection agency. Which will directly affect my credit rating, which is very good. Capital One said they will send the dispute letter and their resolution to the credit bureaus but that doesn't stop the harassment.

Do not switch to this site maintenance provider. They are terrible!
Two months the sales person worked me to get me to switch to their services.
The next day when I tried to contact my personal customer service rep to relay all the changes and updates I wanted... he left the company suddenly... don't worry, we'll assign you a new rep. I never heard form any person ever again, over a year of attempts with no response other than someone will reach out to you shortly... no one. They should be shut down for fraud!
