I had read some review of the company AFTER I got started with them. I was scared out of my mind after reading most of the reviews. It started off good for me with Z57 though, so I kept an open mind. I am using them mostly for lead-generation whereas before I was using Zillow and Homes.com. I have to say, I am pleased. Cost to benefit ratio with them versus others I have used is stellar.
Horrible company. They are crooks. The salesman sells you something completely opposite of what the company does. There services are very poor. Very slow. The staff are all unprofessional. They told me i will have a 2 month trial period. Then they bill me the first month. And they bill me the last month when leaving. Both these bills were undisclosed. I lost over $400 using this company and was a complete waste of money.
These guys (and gals) are knowledgeable, prompt and patient with my myriad of questions. They've not only helped me with real estate marketing, but they've made me feel proud of the sites and profiles where I am directing my clients (and which I had no time to maintain on my own). All around great company!
I found out about Z from a friend that lives in SD, Cali. I am newly licensed in Ohio and was super eager to hit the ground running with my real estate business. The initial setup was easy enough after we got all the details hashed out. Moreover, I have been getting leads, and that is why I tried them out in the first place. I had a few follow up questions and have gotten great assistance when needed--so I have no reason to not continue with them. Great service for anyone I think looking to take their business to the next level and needs some professional help.
Our business has grown rapidly since we switched to Z57. This is the system our team had been looking for and no other company provided us. Very happy with the results.
Do I have to give 1 star? Terrible company, offering nothing much for a lot of money. Very aggressive salespeople, lots of fine print in the agreements. The BBB lists many who have complained, wanting a refund, and got caught up in the fine points of their customer service agreement. Stay away from this outfit!
