Love Yumetwins! Every box is like a mini birthday present. Each item is so cute and so neat. It's not like some boxes where you literally get some tiny cheap dollar toys. They're all well made, adorable, and most of the time, useful for more than just looking at. Definitely going to renew my annual box in 2021~
My sister and I each paid half for the Christmas 2020 box and we are both super happy with our purchase! The items are great quality and totally worth the $30+. I never had anything Kuromi related before, but now I want more! The plush items are so soft, and the toys and beauty items are so fun! Everything was super cute too! And since there were five items, we were able to split the items amongst ourselves and enjoy the box together!
I'm so happy my FIRST box came in and I loved everything in it! I'm definitely already excited for the next one! Can't wait for the next!

Ever since purchasing their subscription box, I have had an increase of rare plushies.
Its like getting a small taste of japan at my doorstop.
They deliver very quickly.
I find this subscription great! I've tried a competitor and let's just say the customer service with yumetwins blew me away. Plus the shipping is much quicker, even dealing with Covid this year.
The items are cute, not cheaply made and I like how they don't focus on just one character or franchise every month. Also you can easily skip a month or extend your subscription easily with no fuss.
I see extending this subscription through the new year and enjoying more cute boxes with my preschooler!
I've been receiving Yume Twins boxes for the last few months and all of them have included something I enjoyed, but this month's box is spectacular! Love the Kuromi plush bag <3 The box is always neatly packed and arrives in perfect condition.
You went from free shipping to charging $11USD for shipping in the middle of the subscription and are withholding the boxes and the money I paid for them until I pay you more money. That's terrible customer service and a con. You shouldn't be charging upfront if you don't plan on delivering the services you agreed to and you definitely can't change the terms after you've already taken the money.
Brilliant official products, amazing quality & really good affordable pricing. I've had two boxes now & they never fail to amaze me. The recent December box is definitely my fav.

A cute present to yourself for when you are missing all things kawaii and all things Japan. The box uses official items, and this explains the cost. Am definitely glad I purchased a subscription to tide me over until I can get back to Japan.
