I ordered the Ghibli box for a friend. I didn't realise I was an automatic subscription renewal, I can't remember seeing that, but okay. I received an email stating it was renewed. Haven't received any reminder beforehand. I sent a message straightaway asking to cancel it (just a few hours after receiving this message) as I don't want another box at that time.
I was informed it was too late and there was nothing they could do about it. Okay it's maybe in their T&Cs but I find this very dodgy.
The box wasn't shipped or even prepared. I can't understand why they can't proceed a refund...
Now I'll get a box I don't want, that will be totally useless. I don't recommend and will never order again.

Will never get sick of reviewing this absolutely incredible box. Been in love since my first. I just got an unreal Ghibli box and I am IN awe. Could not ask for a better monthly gift to myself!

After canceling on May 2nd, I was resubscribed without my permission and charged, and now they are refusing to refund me. I can provide proof I canceled, but they cannot provide proof I resubscribed.

YumeTwins abo Box is very cute, every month gave us a surprise. My daughter love it very much. Just the shipment and custom costs too high. Still we love it very much.

I got a Sailor Mercury's Q-Posket that I can't wait to display once I make room for it. I gave my mom the perfume that came in the box because she liked the smell more than I did, and she uses it almost every day. Fun box

I love getting this box every month. Everything is always super cute! They offer a lot of perks along with the box, like sign up and upgrade bonuses which I've taken advantage of and really liked. I've included a picture of some of my favorite things from a few past boxes.

Everything I've received has been in great condition and so adorable! Every month I receive numerous goodies that I can keep for myself or regift to loved ones… yumetwins is a must!

Every month I get my box, it's always in perfect condition and gets to my home fairly quickly. It's always so much fun to unbox and get new items every time! Highly recommend for people wanting kawaii items in their life

I ordered the YumeTwins box from Australia and it took only less than a week to be delivered to me via DHL. It's much faster than I expected. It's the first box I received from YumeTwins. I've been really excited about receiving this gorgeous August box!
The Pokémon theme and items in this box are well selected. Although I personally am not a big fan of Pokémon but I really like the pikachu tissue holder which is so cute the pikachu bowl looks cute too and it's practical - I've been using it for breakfast
For the hand cream, I received a pikachu one and it smells good
My boyfriend was playing with the poke ball puzzle figure and it's quite interesting to assemble it.
And because I've been subscribed for six months, I've received 2 x bonus items. One of it is a totoro cutlery box set and the other one is Hello Kitty tooth brush traveling kit these are amazing!
The only thing I am not quite satisfied with is the keychain I received as I have no idea which Pokémon it is was hoping I could get a pikachu one but it isn't. It's kind of like lucky draw and luckily it looks alright.
Overall it's a good experience to have this box as it just gave me some surprises and happiness during this covid lockdown period. Although I've been unable to travel to Japan as usual, it's a good way to get some cute Japanese products being delivered to my home easily. I look forward to the September box and hopefully it can arrive very soon.

Yume twins mystery box is fantastic. Every month has amazing content. I know that when the box arrives from Tokyo (in 5-7 days from dispatch) that I'm in for a treat. This months items were a mix of cute and truly beautiful. The Sakura patterned ceramic bowl was a particular favourite and I can't wait to use it.

Got received my box. Its so cute. I didn't expect its July theme summertime box. I thought its May theme demon slayer box. But its okay, its also cute items and i love it.

I decided to try this subscription out after I saw the ghibli theme. I just recieved the box and everything looks so cute. The two lunch boxes fit in the insulated lunch bag all theme with totoro and kikis delivery service. While I was sad I didn't get one of the other lunch bags since it's a random which of the three you get. I can't wait to try them out.

I always love getting my box in the mail! The box is durable and items inside are never or very rarely damaged. There is always something for everyone to enjoy in each months box!

I went in with a friend to get the studio ghibli box and it was totally worth it! Super cute lunch box, cup, drawstring, and Tupperware with cute designs of jiji and totoro. The shipping did take a bit longer than expected but that's a reflection of the shipping company and not of the product itself. Great product! I do love the multiple other designs but I'm still really satisfied with what I got. Also loved the extra gift they threw in, we got the deck of cards. Would buy again!
