I work away a lot so when I Skype my partner and he says my Yume Twins box has arrived it perks us both up. He doesn't appreciate the kawaii items as much as I do but it takes us both back to our months in Japan!
I really enjoy that's it's a mix of practical and cuddly items so our house is full of unique items all the way from Japan.
I have been a subscriber for over a year now and have no plans of stopping!

Before signing up for YumeTwins or any kind of subscription services - I believe you truly need to understand what you are signing up for. I've been stalking YumeTwins for a while now until the promotion in Groupon came up and have decided to finally sign up. (The Groupon voucher is only valid for 1 month).
Once I received my first box I couldn't help but subscribe longer - I love the items that comes with it! Its a surprise box (you sort of know what you get, but not really and tha's the thrill of it!)Basically what I have been doing for the items that I don't like or doesn't really have much use for me - I give it away as a present to other people. I like cute stuff, Sanrio and other pop culture item that comes up in the box so this has been really great for me. My current subscription is actually split with a friend (we signed up for 6 months) - so we share the items evenly. Once our 6 months subscription is up, I will definitely be subscribing for longer - as a present for me every month I do hope that there is a better way for them to do their promotion - I missed out on Sanrio travel extras last month because I just couldn't afford upgrading at the time Otherwise, everything else has been great.
PS. You also get streaks (reward points sort of thing) and join the community forum once you have signed up!

Good cute and quality products, worth the price and wait! I tried it at first with one month and then I decided to go with a prepaid plan and really don't regret it. Also great customer service.

They have prompt delivery and if there is a reason for delay, they let me know. No problems on the money side of things. All products are cute, functional, and cater to a niche market. I wish I had ordered YumeTwins sooner!
I enjoy getting a box each month. The items are cute but maybe not always worth the money. I think if you love the stuff it's totally worth it because it'd be hard to buy it elsewhere. But I wouldn't say you exactly get bang for your buck. If you know what I mean. I still enjoy getting it though also it can take a while to arrive. (I live in Australia).
I really love the kawaii goods of YumeTwins. Not only they are cute, but pretty useful too. I got a Sailor Moon themed coin purse, which I have been using. The recent box came with travel tags. So if you are a big anime fan, like cute things, and/or looking for a loot box that gives useful trinkets, get this box.
When the Yumetwins box shows up from Japan, I'm always thrilled. It does take some time for it to show up, but the latest box was filled with Ghibli picnic supplies - all authentic and things i have wanted for a long time! Super glad I subscribed!

I have done multiple different cute things and anime based subscription boxes and this ones my favorite. Besides great quality official items being given it also rewards loyal customers.
If you love cute things you will love this box. This box also comes with included tracking and insurance so you can make sure that you know where the box is and if lost it can be replaced. Everyone's experience is different and I found that I am enjoying YumeTwins.

I first signed up for Yuma twins in August. I really wanted the Totoro stuff. When I signed up they had a deal that the more months you signed up for the more Totoro stuff you would get. So I bit the bullet and did the 6-month option, even though I really couldn't afford it. That's what credit cards are for, right?
I thought everything was good to go. I received my first box, but didn't receive the extra things in it. I waited until my second box just in case that was packed incorrectly. Still nothing. So I contacted customer service and explain the situation. I was told that I had selected another option to receive an extra box instead of the Totoro items. If I did that, it was not clear at ALL on the website. But I doubt that I did it. She offered no help other than the information. And then told her that I wanted a refund on the remaining boxes that had not been shipped because I felt like I was being mistreated and I didn't want the boxes if I couldn't have what I actually signed up for. I was told I could not get a refund. And that was the end of the communication.
I really do not recommend these boxes, the customer service is horrible. Also the items are cute but they are NOT worth the amount that you pay for the boxes. I think after my subscription is done, I'm just going to start saving my money and go to Japan and buy everything I want. It would be a way better investment.
I have been pleased with the items I have received. I highly recommend them and their store, Japan Haul.
I ordered the box and haven't received but they emailed me saying why and it was due to the typhoon that hit Japan recently. They let me know as soon as it happened.
