It has been for years i use yoybuy, i discovered it accidently and as i had a lot of positive rewieves about them, decided to try. Actually, it worth that. Fast order processing, effective communication. And low fares that they have for their services are very positive criteria. They have well developed set of services that a customer might need such as photo of the item arrived that i use sometimes when i need to make sure that it is the right item or quality related issues, and storage - extended time for storage is offered, so i dont need to worry about sending my items right away and wait to stock up more and send them away together. In general, happy with them. Would reccomend to anybody who wants to start buying from china directly,

No way to delete your account / remove your personal details from their system!
When I asked them to delete it, they refused and just told me not to worry about it.
Now like 8 years later they're sending me emails asking me to rate them 5 stars everywhere.
GTFO.

On Yoybuy the customer service is really the best. The storage time is for 3 months free. And the bigger is your shipment a lower cost is in your courier. So its a very good option I already use for longer time.

My very first parcel forwarding experience from China, and definitely after considering several options, Yoybuy.com was the way to go, incredibly fast and an awesome customer service if you get a bit lost in the process. I am already planning my next shoppings. :)

I originally used taobao to purchase things but was very confused as to how and because it wouldn't allow me to add my identification & nobody would reply to my questions, it no longer allowed me to purchase anything. This was a great way for me to find things on taobao I wanted to buy and actually purchase while being able to choose the best shipping for me! I used this to purchase $200 worth of items and everything came safe in a box and inside plastic bags to make sure that nothing would get wet/dirty inside :) I'm really happy with this service and I definitely will purchase more using this again!

At the beginning, they were 5 stars. They were responsible for orders that were bad. That doesn't happen now.
I received an order for 5 sneakers, which were not the same as the advertisement, and they offered me 1 dollar to compensate. Are you kidding correct?
Now they say they are going to talk to the seller, but on their website it says "If you received a damaged parcel, found a discrepancy in the weight of the parcels, or received goods with disappearance size, color, pattern, quality, complications, or discover the loss of property, etc. - You can apply for compensation ".
Compensation that they don't want to give me.
Second problem, a few months ago, I asked to separate an order in 3. I didn't pay anything. Now, I ordered the same, and had to pay another 100 dollars. Since orders are paid by weight, how do I pay x on a 9 kg order and then pay 3x for 3 kg orders. IT IS THE SAME WEIGHT IN TOTAL
They stole so much money.
Now, I have a forgotten order in Lithuania. Their answer? The order is in your country, you can pick it up. Problem? I live in Portugal.

CONCLUSION: The more money you spend on the yoybuy site, the less value they give you as a buyer.
