Worst experience with a shipping agent ever!
Don't trust these people. They try to rip you off multiple times "item was returned from customs" need to ship seperately.
Lacks service — make shipping mistakes and don't take their own responsibility but wanting more and more and more money
I shop on taobao for unique items not sold to American market. Prices are cheaper but that's not the point. First order was sent to Yoybuy. It took 53 days for me to receive the package. However it arrived safe with no damage. The 2nd times I used Yoybuy was super fast. I was impressed. In about 3 weeks, my pack arrived. I only write good review for company that does good.
My relationship with Yoybuy started during the epidemic and nothing good came of it. The product was lost. The money was returned. I decided to try again and the result exceeded my expectations. I liked everything - the speed of order execution, the quality of execution. When it turned out that my product size does not pass for delivery by the company that I paid for Yoybuy independently changed the company and without any additional payment. 25 days from order to delivery to the door is great. And there are no complaints about the product - what you need and everything is delivered intact and without scratches. So I'm for Yoybuy!
I've been using the service for a few years, and i've never had any personal issues. The staff gives great customer service, and in a timely manner. Delivery before covid has been great, now it's a little longer but still great over all!

I bought few PC motherboards on Taobao using Yoybuy service and my experience was much better than I expected, seriously, it's awesome. Just few things are worth to mention:
1) Parcels arrive to Canada during pandemic no problem, with tracking provided. I've got two already;
2) Customer service is very responsive, they handle possible issues with Taobao sellers on your behalf;
3) Detail pricing (item price, storage, insurance, service, Paypal, shipping...) is available before you buy something. I didn't know before that there are so many different fees, LOL. It's still better than on Aliexpress;
Overall, it's highly recommended.

The truth is, everything is super good with yoybuy I think they are one of the best shipping platforms for Mexico, since I am from that country. I have not had any problems with them.
