Money deducted from my account but no points granted. No answer on emails or WhatsApp when sending complaints. What else can I do?

Ever since I registered here I've received up to hundreds of spam emails per day, and that's not all, someone is trying to log in to my accounts on various different sites with my email adress. (They've tried about 10 times now to log in to a tinder profile that I don't have, and tinder alerts me in both English and Chinese(!)) This is the most insane thing I've ever experienced after signing up on a website. Not to mention, after the two minutes I spent on the site I could tell that some profiles had ai generated profile photos and people look a little too attractive to be real.

Fake profile, all she did was keep me talking here and paying for her words never plan on meeting for over a year found her profile on fun chat and lot date under different names different cities different sons names all to just keep you talking and paying this is all a scam

Hi every new user- I have just researched that every candidate u choose here on this site is curated to become a member of travel mates.com.
This means they post photos of themselves on the site and need to spend 8 hours per week tending to all chats You need to buy credits for these chat sessions at your expense. They have to interact with many new applying newbies like yourself. So I ask the question - why interact with someone who is not going to be serious or travel in the end only to be messing around and taking your money. Travelmates.com is unethical and a scam site. Please don't use

Messaged by a woman in a Ukraine city that is a war zone in the county. I asked her what she needed. She said a person to take her out of her shy attitude. Face account. All the girls from Ukraine that message you have no concern of the war. Fake! Traveled there since the war started. Ever woman begging to be married and taken away. I also get the same reply when tell them to take this to private email address. That is the way to tell if they are with the company or a real person. 0 of 58 so far haha.

I met a widowed doctor Dr. FIGUEIREDO aka Royer 66. A popular member running out of money never give me his what app because he is so rich with clinics in Europe and I can kidnapped, so rich that cannot afford subscription, he needs the commission for his boy, so bad of these criminal organization., the karma be with them. Always asked to me to send heart, castles and crown but I never did.
Hope mastercard, visa, pen pal, etc stop supporting this Russian organization.

****update. It took a week but after emails back and forth and contacting Noda ( the middle person who the money goes to first)

This company and its affiliates, Dating.com, AmoLatino.com and many others, are a complete SCAM! You MUST purchase "credits " to simply READ and /or RESPOND to a CHAT and/or EMAIL. Communication is EXTREMELY important for any true relationship. Therefore you will be paying TONS of money and then determine the entire profile you directly communicated with is FAKE! After several fake profiles were sending numerous messages to me, I then discovered a site which you can research individuals who have reported their identities stolen and was able to view OVER 10 fake profiles (reported stolen) currently being posted on YourTravelMates.com, Dating.com AND AmoLatino.com. I then directly contacted the website to report and show the link of the fake profiles. Their response? NOTHING! They refused to even investigate. All of these dating websites and their affiliates are only existing to drain trustworthy customers of their money while continuously running FAKE profiles. It is a disgrace these companies still exist running fraudulent websites and services while draining money from hard working individuals. They REFUSE to reimburse me. The many emails I have received/sent from this site, including all the fake profiles and the employees responses will be directly reported to necessary authorities.

Beware! Majority of users are employees with fake profiles who are paid to chat with you so your credits finish fast and you'll have to pay a ton more to buy credits to chat! Sooooo many fake profiles.

This site promises the world full of like minded travellers. But when you sign up they want you to buy tokens. This is enormously expensive as people don't answer. Unlike Tinder where pay a $ fee per month is all you pay for the privilege of finding someone, this keeps trying to milk you for more money to buy more & more tokens. You just cannot send 1 message for 1 token, you have to use multiple tokens to chat. After a few chats all the tokens are gone & you have to buy more & more.

You cannot complain to the site at all as the contacts are that complicated. When you are searching all the results look like models. Nearly all the girls are eastern European. They are supposed to be looking to travel friends as per the sites name. But they say they are looking for marriage. Just another scam site. Then when you try to delete your account they give you options on why. None let's you tell them how much a rip off or fraud they or the profiles are.

The only plus side is that they don't try to lure you back in with promises of a discount which seems to be the norm for these token based sites.

It's the most expensive site I have ever used. I have paid 300 dollars this month, and I still don't have enough credit to talk, even though I've only been chatting with one person.

The worst of all unethical and deceptive site to put fake profiles only to gain membership. Beware they cheat when you delete them by making the Confirm button Bigger so you still think it's deleted! Google should Ban this site so it can't play with people's mind!

I personally believe yourtravelmate is a scam, I received and email from a lady just happened that we are friends on Facebook and I asked her about the email and she said what email, I knew straight away the website sent me not her, and she doesn't even know about the website.
What a lowlife company or person set up this website.
Go and get a proper job, don't scam people hard earned money.

After few months and lots of money spent l realize that the guy profile was complete fabrication of his imagination certified by Your Travel Mates. Even him could not keep the lies and contradicted himself. L realized that he was keeping on line day and night as he was answering hundreds of emails and being paid for it. He did agreed when l confronted him. It is disgraceful to use peoples personal life in order to make money, the oldest trick in the book but still in this time and age is so low grade for a company trying to sell themselves as a advanced and helpful to people looking for a companion.

What a scam! So grateful i realized before putting out any money! All of the men are gorgeous, and successful, yet they can't write proper english. If something seems to good to be true…. Don't walk - run!

4 stars on average? Rubbish! Apparently, yourtravelmates.com has figured out how to game sitejabber.com. Look at the most recent reviews if you want to see the truth. It's one negative review after another. Why? Because they're a horrible scam outfit. They also are in violation of U.S. anti-spam law, which requires a way for email recipients to unsubscribe. But if you actually try to unsubscribe from the torrent of fraudulent emails they send each day to you, all that happens is that you're taken to your "profile" (which you never set up... they set it up for you) where there are NO options for unsubscribing from notifications! Not to mention the way that they keep stringing you along thinking that you're interacting with real, beautiful women when in fact you're just interacting with catfish, all for the purpose of getting you to spend large amounts of money buying their overpriced "credits". Stay far away from these catfish promoters!
