The WORST experience I have ever had... and I do a lot of online shopping. I ordered a peanut butter maker on November 3rd... three weeks later I still hadn't received the package. Called them and was told it was on backorder... they hadn't even sent an email! They promised it would be shipped first week of December. Well, never came. Then they promised second week of December. Never came. Then they said it was GUARANTEED by Christmas as they were shipping that day. Never received FedEx tracking number. Long story short, it is December 28th and I am still waiting on a package that is never to arrive. Customer service is rude (especially the CSR named Scot Johnson), they do not reply to emails and the supervisor refuses to call me back and I get sent straight to his voicemail. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE.
This is the worst bunch of thieves on the web. They take your money and then send nothing. They just keep lying on the phone. When, after 4 weeks, I requested a refund, they said o. K. but kept my $51.00 anyway. Never did return the money. These people belong in jail. A bunch of stink-all-over rotten lying thieves.
I have made a few purchases this past year, with discount vouchers and without, and have always been happy with the product.
Even though I was well passed my 30 day warranty they are willing to work with me and make sure my 'Yourpad' Is exchanged with one that will work! Thank you! You guys rock!
The customer service was excellent I had to return some merchandise and they were very helpful
I bought a claw machine that was damaged and the returns manager was very helpful in getting the machine replaced
I recenlty took advantage of a HomeRun offer for three Freedom bras from yourstoreonline.net. The same day I bought the voucher from HomeRun, I heard from yourstoreonline with my invoice number, and I received the bras within the week! Fast, efficient service!
I ordered a YourPadP4 from YourStoreOnline via an Eversave deal on May 30. Everything sounded great - the price was just right and the specs were just what I was looking for! The voucher stated 6 weeks for shipping. The item remained on backorder throughout the 6 weeks, and into the 7th week. I called the company, and was assured it would ship on July 13, or 16. Both days came and went. I then received an email stating the item would ship the week of the 23rd. I called on the 27th, and was again assured that it was being prepared for shipping, and I would receive a tracking number on the 30th. No such luck! Today I check the my account, and the item is backordered once again. I called the company and was told it would ship August 10th. I can no longer wait for this item, and do not want to hold to another promised shipment date. If the deal is too good to be true, it probably is.
I would not recommend this site to people I hate much less people I like. They do not respond to inquiries, they do not ship items but they will snatch up your money quicker than quick. Do not buy from them unless you are desperate and have tons of time to wait for your item.
They lie, lie, lie. Say they are shipping that date, then it is out of stock, due in in 3 weeks, still not in, no response, can't get in touch with them. Each email is just another lie. A total waste of time, and now they have my credit card info. Is that possibly the entire thing behind this... to get our info?!
Terrible, then never ship, and dont answer the phone or livechat during "normal" business hours. Everything is on back order, and never seems to come. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for magic mesh to come in stock, even though online it said it was in stock the entire time. $#*!ty company. Spend the extra $5 and go to amazon. Atleast you will actually get it.
They advertise for things they have in stock for super good prices!
I was looking for a wii balance board i could only find for $100 every else including EBAY! I find it here for $59.95! They said it was in stock and would be shipping the same day! Not only is it not in stock but coming from across the country! It has now been 3 days over a month since i placed the order and the only thing the company has done for me has refunded me a whole $6.75 which was half my shipping cost. They also said they bumbed me to faster shipping. I still have yet to get tracking on something they keep saying is on its way.ive waited less time for things from china! Their customer service people are careless burnt out people who really can care less about what i ordered or were it might be they have their money like they wanted.
