What should have been a simple appointment and service by this company turned out to be a nightmare. I waited for the mechanic and was told after the scheduled time that he was unable to make it, that i should have read the text he sent me. When they finally 5 days later they finally sent the correct mechanic out, he did not have the parts or complete understanding of what was to be done. He evaluated my vechile and I was told to make another appointment only this time with a completely different mechanic. The only individual who I had a clear communication with was a young man named "Paul" with clustomer service. I was please with the correct Mechanis they sent out, but they insisted on changing it with another. Clearly this business is not yet orgainized nor do most of the customer service individuals have people skills. You really don't know who to believe and or what they tell you. The only reason I gave it a second try was because of "Paul". I would not use their service nor recommend it until they organize their service and asign the same mechanic. They should contact "Bask.com" formally "Itok.com" and take lessons on customer service and product knowledge.

I had been agonizing over having a sports car in the garage than needed to be towed and have its battery replaced, when I discovered mobile mechanics - specifically Your Mechanic. It was a great experience and one I will repeat next time.

I was quoted $2495 dollars to replace a throttle body, when it was only a vacuum leak. The mechanic literally spent 15 minutes for a $70 inspection fee and I was originally told it was the power steering pump -- which I knew was not the case. The other 15 minutes was spent with him on the phone talking to another customer. After insisting that he check once more, he found the vacuum leak, but then insisted that I needed a new throttle body for $2495?! DO NOT USE. This service is only good for oil changes and even then, I'd be wary. You've been warned.
Aaron was not only on time to the appointment; he was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this auto mechanic service as they can do repairs at your home or office. Im using the service one week later for a big job on our Chevy 1500.

I've used this company numerous times now. My schedule doesn't always match up for when shops are open. Having a mobile mechanic that I can manage from my phone, is super convenient and easy. Not to mention that the prices are fair and what I would expect to pay from any large retail establishment. This is the best! The mechanic was knowledge and really easy to work with.

The mechanic said they would do a pre sale inspection at a greatly reduced cost because we used them... The company would not honor that request... I will not use them again.
Travis was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out the car before making repairs. We found out that shop we had originally taken the car to was trying to replace a part that wasn't broken. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.
Ruben Has a great personality very easy to talk to. He texted me if he could come earlier which I was grateful for. I was able to watch while he worked on my car. Cant do that at dealer or repair shop! Mechanic came to my house I was not without a car and didnt have to wait days or rent a car when it goes into the shop. Fixed the issue with my car, gave me a list of things I needed. Rebooked for thhe next appt. On line. I would recommend Ruben for his personality and workmanship. Bill has to be okd on line before they actually charge you. Love the convince!

Honest and cheaper and great service. Mechanic knows by looking at the car and most dont nowadays. I already had idea what it needed but got a great price too.
This was my first time using the service and I was a little wary. But Thomas was very courteous and efficient, and it was nice to already know ahead of time the cost of service, combined with the convenience of having it done at your home. I've already recommended to a couple of family members and I plan on using this service for any future auto repair needs.
Good customer support, love the gps tracking of when the mechanic will be there and where the mechanic coming to my place. Love the price quiote on what has to or wlll be done for repairs. Also, can ask the on line mechanic what other issues I am having and get answer right in my email box. Price is always fair and in range and o know what iam paying up front
